One pharmacy technician for over 20 customers , no Ty . Staffing is a mess and I blame this all on management, how can someone try to work and it’s extremely short staffed. Lost my service, my medication will be sent to express script and delivered to my home .

Medical neglect is regular at this department store. They treat everyone like junkies!!! I hope you people know you can sue these Walgreens if you are having any medical negligence issues !!!!!!

Calls are made your medications is ready and when ? you go in it is not. I really believe this Pharmacy strive on long lines and people waiting. With slow service.

This is the worse place ever to get your prescription filled. First they gave me someone else meds and gave them mine. Now I have been trying to get a prescription filled from my dentist for the last couple of weeks and still nothing and no one can help. Had my dentist call and speak to the pharmacist resent the prescription over and now they saying they done have it. This is the last time I shop at or get a prescription filled at a Walgreens. Rite Aid was so much better. They cared and did whatever they needed to do to help.

They are over priced and insensitive. Specifically, I needed Elecare formula which is advertised on Walgreens website and sold at majority locations for 49.99 and their Walgreens location charges 53.49. I asked for a manager to honor the price and he expressed “we don’t do price matching”. I asked what can you do as a discount? He explained nothing. I’m sure he could’ve done something to honor the price.

I have really bad asthma. Last night I was having trouble breathing. I called Walgreens at about 11:30pm to see if my Nebulizer was ready for pick up. No one answered the phone. I called about 5 times then got out of bed and went to the drive through. I rang the bell numerous times no one came to the window. I went to the parking lot where there were only 2 cars parked. I got inside the store only had one couple in there. When I got to the pharmacy the pharmacist was there. I explained to him I had asthma and was having difficulties breathing and I was calling why didn’t he answer the phone. He said no one was there to answer the phone. I said I came to the window u didn’t come to the window. He said no one was there to come. I asked him for my Nebulizer machine and he said it wasn’t in stock. I explained to him that I kept calling and if I knew the machine wasn’t in stock I would have went to the ER instead of coming to Walgreens. He didn’t care, he was terrible. He does not care about the community that he works in. Before I left I doubled back to the drive through to get his name Semiu Durowoju. The next morning, I decided to move all of my prescriptions from Walgreens in East Orange to another location. Terrible customer service and the pharmacist Semiu Durowoju does not care about patients or customers. I will also call customer service to make a verbal and written complaint about Semiu Durowoju.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT bring your packages to this location to be shipped. I dropped a package off to be shipped on oct 23,2023 it didnt leave the location until oct 31,2023 and was moved to the union nj fedex location then it went from there to the newark fedex location in the same day then on nov 1,2023 it was shipped out from the newark location on its way to where it was going. It was just sitting in the store for 6 days that dont make no damn sense, im sure it wouldnt have sat in no other fedex pick location for a week and took 8 days to leave the state in general this is ridiculous

Great store. But they got new staff in Livingston & I think they are still training because no one knows anything aboand item beut anything. But they'll learn and it'll be great again!

Report to the bored of pharmacy, my insurance fully covers my meds. And they still charge me, as if it dont or they'd a issue wr cactus see but it's there. Double dipping., just taken money from people. There's no excuse...

This is my pharmacy for years now!Try to get a job here manager turn me down just like that after helping me with my application. I tout he was going to hire me but he did not Complete everything even the assessment and he still didn’t take me. Evil and very cruel manager I cried my eyes out night and day, my life changed I lost everything my apartment my car and my woman. Because of it my family member stop using their pharmacy we use cvs now ♋️☠️

Needed epi-pens. Went at 4:20. Told me to come back at 5:15. Told me to wait a few mins when I got back and to sit down. 1 1/2 hour later I go up and its ready. Time reads 5:49 competed. So they just looked at me sitting there. If you go, be sure to pester them nonstop for your medicine.

I had surgery and need a medication MY PAIN MEDICATION BAD. Long story short it took them four hours to fill TWO medications. The additional two hours to fill one of the medication's is because I was giving false information which I knew was false as I work for a pharmacy myself but they made me call the insurance to confirm. As the pharmacy that you're supposed to call for the patient to fix any insurance issues. Patients 9.5 out of 10 and not authorized or able to get things approved to the insurance, how do you not know that as a pharmacy? They are LAZY and and empathy. Even if you're bleeding out, I would recommend going to another pharmacy as their service SUCKS. This is now my third encounter, and all of them have been horrible never again.
