Rudest girl behind the counter. On the phone the entire time and every time I asked for something she acted like I was annoying her. Took all the nerve I had to ask for a straw, which she flung onto the counter. Shame on me because I keep going back here strictly out of convenience. Does 7-11 train employees? Ugh!

Today, July 4, at mid 12 pm I had a problem. The person who charged me separately, who did not give me a receipt, overcharged me. Normally I pay and leave without checking the amount, but today when I got home I realized that the amount exceeded the value I had purchased. Then I went back to ask him why the amount did not match what I had bought and he gave me no explanation. He gave me back 10 dollars and I asked him how much was the total of what I had bought, I asked him for the receipt and he didn't give me, in which he asked me for the products and gave me the money back for the total. At no time did I ask for my money. How many times have they overcharged me? I just wanted my receipt and why the price was excessive and to know why or to apologize. Quite the opposite, he was the annoying one and at no time was I disrespectful, I just asked him for an explanation.

It is unacceptable that for the past weeks the section that has all the condiments for the food is empty and the only thing they have is mustard, they didn't even have packets of anything. I always ask a worker and they always say that there out.the whole store is way too dirty in there like this is the worst one I've been to in my life.

I went on Tuesday at 1.30pm n this 7 eleven staff was very very rude I asked him I don’t have ring donut with coffee n he said go n look I said I looked n it’s not there n then very very rudely he replied to n said then you should know when u looked.I said my god what’s wrong u work here so you should know it. Then he rolls his eyes n then tells me so how what to do. I literally left n even many coffee machine also were not there.. zero coffee n donut rack were empty. Photos below. What a lazy n very rude staff.

I purchased lottery tickets on 2 separate occasions. The same gentleman helped me both times and messed up my order. Both times I got home and had the wrong tickets. Please give me 5 lines on Powerball and 5 lines on Mega millions.That is not a tough order to mess up, But he did.

worse and incompetent customer service, night shift employee is not at all attentive and always busy with mobile, very bad service compared to before, no never again to this store!

wow, this place can't be fixed anymore, you can never find tomato sauce, mustard or mayonnaise for your hot dogs... if you buy a drink, isn't it logical that they give you a straw? Why should you always, always ask for a straw or napkin if they know you're carrying food and drink? This added to the attitude of a young employee with a turban who works there and her bad attitude, god, her place is not bad, it's TERRIBLE!
