Super rude! I went I got their card. I thought by having the American eagle card they would be even nicer. I got some jeans there but the size and length was wrong so decided to order them. And they still charged me the jeans twice. So I went to return one. And they did not let me. It was either chaging the color but i couldn’t choose a different style. Mind you it was the same price. And I got the others jeans with a coupon, and I was like why can’t they honor it. I was like why ? And then if I did I would have to pay more. I was like why if you charged me wrong why would I have to do that? And then I was like ok I would like to return and they said I couldn’t. Horrible, and i didn’t even want their credit card to begin with.

I called to set aside an item, when i arrived to the store, the young lady at the register said she had my item and proceeded to look for it on the floor after she told me she set it on hold like i asked. After realizing she didnt have anymore, she came up to me and said she put the item on hold and someone took it. I drove 45 minutes because she told me she had it and she would hold! The worst part is when i asked to speak to a manager, she said she was the manager with a horrific attitude. She didnt even apologize instead told me theres nothing she can do and started whispering with her coworker right in front of my husband and kids, then walked away. Very unprofessional and very careless. This is the kind of manager they hire!

I went in for a pick up order. The first store associate was so kind and welcoming. They had told me to try coming back later. I spent time in the mall meanwhile and after I got a notification saying it was all ready. However, another store associate had cancelled part of my order? With no hesitation, and failed to notify me beforehand for an alternative. Mind you (online it said it was in stock and the American eagle store associate in charge of it had told me they receive the packages for pick up later on). I said I didn’t mind waiting but they had cancelled my pick up order anyway with zero communication. Later on I saw the same exact top (in store, the one they cancelled the order for) I wanted in the size I desired and it was for display so I kindly asked if they can take it off of there and replace it with a different size (of the same exact top in stock) and the store associate was so unprofessional and rude about it. She had so much attitude and honestly seemed like your typical highschool mean girl. Seriously bad choice in hiring.

Nice First time in this store. The staff is friendly and courteous. When you enter, they greet you. They also extend their help. They also offer their assistance. The quality was good more targeted for young crowd. Everything is attractively presented and prices are also reasonable.

I came in to shop for a few things and look around in aerie. There was a girl who seemed to be the manager who was talking about her personal life and details to her coworker. She talked about very VERY personal details that even the customers around me heard. I just saw that as being so unprofessional to me. The store was tidy I must say but as a shopper I didn’t need to hear about her love life/males she was with. I found what I needed and shopped in Aerie for their flare pants.

did not enjoy my experience shopping here. it’s too bad it’s one of the only Aerie’s open otherwise I wouldn’t come here. Asked the employees if they had something and they lied instead of checking and said they didn’t carry such a thing when it’s on their website and is always available in store.

All associates didn’t treat me like a client. They just looked and judged and didn’t offer any help and there was at least 8 associates and a manager. I asked for a size in the back and the girl who helped me didn’t come back until 5 minutes later and passed me with a stack of clothes in her hand and went around and came back to me and said oh we don’t have your size. Didn’t even offer to help me find something else or order online. I went to return another item and the girl at the register had so much attitude and when I asked her if I can order something through the store or if I had to do it online myself looked at me as if I was stupid. Every store is different I don’t know how everyone’s doing things. But the service was awful and the associates were cracking jokes with each other instead of helping the customers.

Mary Anna was awesome. She was friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable on what her brand had to offer and what was that I was looking for. Thank you so much you have no idea the impact you left on me. Marianna and Ashley are both an asset to your store. Thank you ladies again. Store was clean, well organized, and well labeled.

Store is well-stocked and organized. Except for a few clearance items there isn't much in that area. The store again has a door that allows you to travel to the Aerie store located to the left. This location is a bit smaller than other locations of American Eagle.
