“I was purchasing a vehicle from a private seller who requested a bank check. I called up Citizens in East Rutherford and spoke with Ahlam who was very friendly and told me to come right in and they would have the check ready for me as I was in a rush. I was delayed arriving and had call up the bank and Jael answered and said not to worry they would stay open later for me. The Branch Manager Mimoza kept the bank open an extra 45 mins to accommodate me and the staff make me feel like a VIP. Thank you to the entire staff over at Citizens in East Rutherford”

I have been banking here for 5 years for personal and business reasons. And this branch is a 5 STAR branch. They are simply that good and helpful hands down.
