I was in and out within a hour. This was the fastest time I have ever spent at a dealership. Mr. Tom Lobue was my salesman. Bought my 2024 Chevy Trax from him. Paid in full. He is the best salesman I have ever had met. Superior customer service experience. I wish I could give more stars.

i came in for an oil change and because one of my USB ports isn't working. I have reported this problem before - i believe more than one time. initially it was more intermittent, but now that port completely stopped working. when i came to get the car, the man told me he tested it and it's fine. its my cable. i didn't believe it, since i was told that before and even bought a new sturdier cable. so he came out to the car, and it turns out he removed my cable from the working port and tried that one!!! when i said obviously that's the one that works. you need to try the other one, he realized i was right and it didn't work. i got a new USB port installed, but it was not inexpensive, and i feel that it was more than likely a "lemon" from the get-go. as i have repeatedly reported this issue every time i brought the car in. i feel it should have been replaced with out a charge - as an originally defective part. as i don't always use 2 ports, i don't test it all the time.

They make an entire process to get back a deposit that includes bringing back a yellow receipt. Not customer-centric as they will argue with you after twisting store policy.

Thank you so much Tom Lobue for helping get into my new Envista. I love the car and color. The service was great, amicable and fast. I big thumbs up to Mitch Rubin who stayed around to help me get all set up with all the benefits and get the car all ready for me and showed me how to use all these new tools on the car! Thank you guys.. I recommend this place to you google searcher.. in this shop they will take care of you.. good guys!

I am extremely happy with the car but I am very upset with some parts of their customer service. Their on the phone customer service is HORRIBLE by the way, I called multiple times, super rude but of course I bought the car so they dont care to be nice after! Also I went to buy a car cash, I was unaware that I needed a certified check from the bank, which was fine, but what the dealer advised to do at the moment to be easier for me, was to just go through as if I was financing the car and then pay it off when the first bill comes. I asked if it would cost me extra. He was specific and claimed that it would be an extra $40 -$100 dollars because of interest. I am not really knowledgeable of all that stuff. So I received my first bill and it was not $40-$100 more of interest but actually almost $600 dollars more. I wouldn't have minded going to get that certified check to save me the $600 dollars. you guys need to be a little more clear and nicer to the customer since they can possibly refer other customers. I wanted to buy another car there but I am not sure now. I love my car very much though!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bellavia and couldn't be happier. My husband and I were looking for a different vehicle for a while. I know what I wanted & the price point I was comfortable with. I had almost given up due to a terrible experience the day before (different dealership), but I'm so glad we connected with Mitch. From the moment he answered my call, he was nothing but professional & helpful. He made sure the vehicle was available, returned my call as he said he would, and greeted us with a warm welcome. This vehicle was missing a couple features I wanted- but Bellavia was willing to modify the vehicle to meet my requests! Ultimately we decided to purchase the beautiful vehicle as is & drove it off the lot that night. I can't believe how easy they made the car buying process. Mitch, the finance person, and the manager were all extremely kind, professional, & helpful. I truly felt comfortable & confident that we were making the right decision with this purchase. Thank you- we'll be back for sure! It was well worth the two hour drive for us!

This place is insane. They wanted almost $6,000 more than MSRP after tacking on fees, registration, and upcharges. $5,786 to be exact when other dealers were quoting $800 over MSRP after all fees and registration costs.

My car was serviced the same day as my appointment, & the part needed to complete the repair was in stock! My car was ready at the end of the day. I paid via the sales department staff (as service was closed), but everyone was very nice, & the dealership is super clean & friendly as always. The service dept diagnosed & fixed the problems. There was an error where my Buick Rewards were not applied to my service bill as requested, but that was resolved the following day with help from Mr. Boyd & Mr. Nam. While I was at the dealership, I was able to look at some of the new Buicks and Chevys, which was fun. When my wife is ready to replace her old car, I hope to be back shopping at Bellavia.
