One of the worst branches of Chase . The branch manager (Martha ??) doesn’t have any manners. She didn’t understand what a notary means and just kept rejecting every document I produced to get notarized

Evalina was the greatest! I was a walk in and she helped me open a account right away and it only took 15 minutes! Great bank to go to and even better service!

I’m surprised Chase is not losing more customers daily. What bank would have no customer service representative to open up a checking account?? It’s a bank that Can’t afford employees.

I just simply do NOT understand these people that give 1 star reviews because it wasn't sunny that day or they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I have been banking here for 5 years for personal and business reasons. And this branch is a 5 STAR branch. They are simply that good and helpful hands down. Go to NYC branches so that you can see bad costumer service 1st hand, this branch is simply not it! Keep up the great work Chase of East Rutherford!

I called same day for an appointment with a banker and was accommodated despite appointments being unavailable online. Read the google reviews for this branch and was a bit apprehensive. My appointment to open a bank account was with Eddie. He was very thorough and patient; his customer service skills were excellent. He walked me through using the app, adding the card to my apple wallet as well as showing me how to use my Apple Pay on the ATM. He offered me options of opening a credit account without being pushy.I am writing this review because we often leave reviews after we have had a bad experience but I'm making it a point to appreciate and recognize great service. I left this branch feeling like a valued customer.

Terrible customer service. Called and spoke with branch manager Audrea over an atm deposit issue that is halting our business from accessing $16,000 of our own funds. I asked her a question asking if checks were withdrawn from the atm on a daily basis in which her response was "don't tell me how to do my job".. I was asking a question, not telling her how to do her job. Purely defensive and unnecessary because I was just trying to understand why it would take 7-10 business days to figure this out. I've worked in the atm industry before and I know that the bank reconsile the atms on a daily basis so I could understand 2-3 business days but not 7-10 on such a large amount. Well if there is one sure way to lose a 10 year business client, it would be to a hire an unprofessional inexperienced and rude employee to manage the place.
