“I absolutely love this place however I wish they would being hot topic stores to the middle east because I have to wait till i go on my yearly trip to the US to visit hot topic in store so I really hope they can open stores in the middle east like in Bahrain, the UAE, Saudi, and other middle eastern countries.”

“I was looking for a top that was sold out online, but this store still had it in stock. Since I do not live nearby, I was not able to buy or pick it up in person. The store does not usually place orders over the phone, but I decided to give it a try.
Julia answered the phone and went above and beyond to help me place the order and arrange shipping. She was incredibly kind and patient, and the packaging was very thoughtful. If you have a chance to visit the store and are lucky enough to meet Julia, I highly recommend asking for her assistance. She is the best!”
“Got a shirt. A hat and a nicer shirt that’s a button up when I came. Only place with clothes appropriate for weather. Perfect workout clothes. Outfit not from Uniqlo. I like the quality of Uniqlo. Especially for the price. Anything I bought from Uniqlo still seems new after years of use. Warm pants are really good for winter.”
“Came here for a pick up order that there was an issue with (not the fault of the store) Carla and Sara were PHENOMENAL in doing everything they can to locate the order... when the order was located and tried it on to find out because of the material it ran a little bigger than thought... they both did an amazing job locating the correct sizes needed and explained the process with an exchange of an order that was placed online...the exchange was processed without issue... both were extremely patient and provided exceptional service... and while being attentive to this issue they still were able to manage taking care of the other customers in the store... left thinking this is what customer service should be like... going through what could have caused the problem with the order and going through every solution until the order was located.. AMAZING”

“Don’t waste your money on Lululemon and Alo when you can get better looking, better quality clothing for a fraction of the price. The pants are officially priced at $100 plus but with all their discounts and sign ups you can get them for like 25 bucks. I got 5 pairs of pants for $130, which is the same price as 1 pair of lulu joggers. The fabletics joggers are crazy comfortable and durable, they look amazing and they are hands down the best sweatpants I have ever purchased.
I also got a pair of dress pants, those are also great I just don’t like how it’s a snap as opposed to a clasp which is easier to use.

“I was in need of a pair of cashmere/beige jeans for a work event and decided to stop by this store since it was conveniently on my route. I visited on Saturday, the 7th, in the afternoon, and I must say, the service I received was exceptional.
As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by an associate who was incredibly sweet and attentive. He guided me through the process of selecting the perfect jeans, patiently explaining the sizing options and helping me understand the differences. Once I decided on a size, he directed me to the fitting rooms and continued to assist me throughout.
His knowledge and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I don’t usually write reviews, but his outstanding service truly deserved recognition. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but I’m very grateful for his help. Highly recommend this store for its excellent customer service!”
“With such a variety of clothing, jewelry and more we found this store to still have a wide area to walk ????????♀️without being crowded in with all the other customers. Aisles were clear and easy to walk through without the bulk which other retailers block pathways.The manager was very friendly and gray to talk to, as we had never been to an Ardene's store before and really wanted to know know about the company.Prices were competitive and we found a few items that we were able to knock off our Christmas ????lists easily.With such a friendly management we can see making this store a regular visit upon our trips to the American Dream!”

Josh explained that it isn’t policy if something is mislabeled, but recognized us as a consistent customer and honored a lower price point for us.
