It was trashy. It was really hard to find the hot dog buns because the place is so third-world, and they were almost out of buns when I finally found them. Plus, they had tons of higher priced items mixed with regular priced items.
I'm going to go to the other nearby Dollar Tree next time. Plus, they didn't have baby wipes.
The customers are trash. It's so much different here than in the Morris County area. There's no excuse though because they have self checkout. The employees have time to reorganize the mess, but they obviously don't.

Special shoutout to QUIO - I was in a time crunch due to a family event but Quio was very helpful and kind in the service. I would love to go back to this store. Thanks Quio and Dollar Tree

I would give zero stars if possible. No baskets available to carry to your items through the store, and carts can’t be used because they have a long bar sticking out of the carts and the ceiling so too low. Asked for help from and older lady with short blonde hair behind the counter and she screamed at me. Horrible horrible service . Don’t waste your time or money

The usual finds here, but very overwhelming. A mess in the store, and a lot of stock not put away. Only two self checkouts open on a busy Saturday.

I have been in love with dollar tree since I was a kid. I loved to shop there only having $20 in my pocket and coming out with a bag of new items. Sadly, the customer service at this establishment failed me. They discriminated against customers and began to shout, curse, and verbally harass customers. The manager at this establishment follows those who appear to be young around the store and watches them due to her paranoid mindset. She ruined the shopping experience for many and caused major distress and discomfort with multiple customers.

I was extremely disrespected while shopping at this establishment and I wish I could give it zero stars. The manager at this store decided it would be appropriate to begin cursing, screaming, and commenting on customers clothes while I was simply planing on shopping for a soda. Never coming back here again. Especially with how poor the customer service is.

Honestly if I could give a store zero stars I would. The manager at this establishment had the audacity to comment on a minor's clothing stating that she looked like she was going to a club and then proceeded to discriminate against customers trying to enter the building only allowing one minor inside at a time. This policy is extremely frustrating for families and paying customers who are in a rush. This is also not the first time this specific manager has shown her paranoid, irritating, and disrespectful attitude. She has screamed and bullied multiple customers at a time while following them around the store for no reason. If you cannot handle the stress of your own establishment either get a new job or be quiet. This behavior was extremely unacceptable and I definitely will be complaining to corporate.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent incident at this Dollar Tree located on 55 NJ-17, East Rutherford, NJ 07073. On March 26, 2024, your manager made an inappropriate comment about a minor's attire, causing her embarrassment and discomfort. The manager had told the minor that they looked as if they were going to a club and to cover up. Then the manager proceeded to only allow one minor in the building at a time due to her rather paranoid attitude. This policy restricting entry for more than one minor is discriminatory and inconvenient for families. I urge you to address these concerns immediately. We expect a formal apology from your manager and a revision of discriminatory policies. Please take this matter seriously as this has not been the first time this manager has harassed and bullied students or other minors who enter the store.

The woman working the cashier on 12/29/23 10:30-11amVERY RUDE she was Yelling at all the customers as soon as I came in I was only there for 5 minutes imagine how she is all day. She was saying her register is closed when she was the only one open. Horrible attitude. She Never came to the self checkout to delete an item that was double scanned so I didn’t even purchase it I just decided to leave. And she yelled at me about not purchasing it.Horrible Lady, go find peace. No reason for an attitude at 10am she chose to work there, No one made her apply.

These employees are AWEFUL! I came in and grabbed something off the shelf, put it right back where I grabbed from and this old lady (employee) pokes my shoulder...the dialogue went as such:Employee: Are you going to buy that?Me: NoEmployee: Then put it back where it goes.Me: I put it back where I found it. If it doesn't go there then it's your job to put it where it goes.This place needs corporate or ownership to come and fix the nasty attitudes of the employees, starting with the manager. Starting to believe a bad attitude is in the job description

This is disgusting had to use the bathroom it was an emergency after seeing this no thanks i left didnt even buy anything. Its sad cause the workers use these bathrooms this hasnt been cleaned in a while very unsanitary??
