The girl at the counter was too busy on her pink phone to listen or answer my questions. Her responses sounded like I was annoying her so we left.

On March 29, 2025 their card reader glitched out. I used my cash app card initially $447.53 which was supposedly cancelled went through on my card. My disputes all denied Fabletics sees it as cancelled awaiting redirect cash app claim Fabletics received the money and they claim they didn’t. A whole nightmare just to get my money back. Oh and did I mention because of this error that night the girl at the register up the discount so I used another card for the purchase another almost $200 down. Now 4-17-25, four denied disputes and no one seems to know where my money is and how it’ll get back to me. Forget about these discounts just show at alo way better customer service you would ever receive.

Don’t waste your money on Lululemon and Alo when you can get better looking, better quality clothing for a fraction of the price. The pants are officially priced at $100 plus but with all their discounts and sign ups you can get them for like 25 bucks. I got 5 pairs of pants for $130, which is the same price as 1 pair of lulu joggers. The fabletics joggers are crazy comfortable and durable, they look amazing and they are hands down the best sweatpants I have ever purchased.
I also got a pair of dress pants, those are also great I just don’t like how it’s a snap as opposed to a clasp which is easier to use.
I was assisted by Katherine who was really helpful and informed me of all the customer discounts
They have amazing deals here! 2 shorts for $20, 2nd pair of pants is half off, there’s always something new

I like that brand, but I bought trousers 10 days ago the price was around 60 $ each.
Today 10/01/2024 I pass by the American Dream branch and there was 50% discount so I was so happy for that, but i found they increased same item price to 100$ and they make a discount on it 50% !!!! 🤣🤣

Was always interested in the Fabletics brand but didn’t want to have join a subscription service. Enjoyed being able to go in to a brick and mortar store to try on some of their clothing.

I get that business is busy, after not having what I came for in stores, I resorted to ordering online. 1 whole month later still no update on shipping. When I called in, their call center in the Philippines could only talk about my premium membership and has to be reminded of what I actually called for. I was very much looking forward to finally getting my order but finally decided to cancel my order and membership. Hopefully this can be addressed and corrected for the future customers.

She is fantastic, she is always happy and smiling. She is very helpful and diligent in her job. She has great customer service skills and shows great leadership. Everytime I go I go in empty handed and wind up leaving with something. She is the right person in the right position. Just love the leggings , is so convenient being able to go to the store an try out which legging will fit and feel better !I ve been recruiting friends and family members to go with me to the store as clothing is a great quality , i try to go when they have sales as prices are a bid high but quality and fit are amazing !!!!Highly recommend, ladies at the store are helpful
