Even though the entire transaction was done over the phone, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly easy. Kevin took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The attention to detail and follow-through-even without meeting in person was outstanding. The order was placed quickly, delivery was on time, and everything arrived just as expected. It is rare to receive this level of care and efficiency, especially remotely. “I stopped in last week to look around and pick up some swifter pads, wet and dry. The prices are similar to Amazon. I have been a customer of this Home Depot for many years back to when they were by Bloomingdale’s.
This location is a little bit hard to find items as it is chopped up and spread over 3 floors. However, they have an army of staff who are willing to help you find anything in the store.”

“We went shopping this morning at Lowe’s and had a great experience. We met the most wonderful ladies in the store and they gave us the best customer service that I ever received in a long time.
We did have our little sidekick Rex with us and he received a lot of attention.
The store was fully stocked and everyone was going to give us a hand if needed.
The restaurants were currently under renovation And we had to use some premium restrooms outside that were portable.
The only downside was the restrooms did need some cleaning though And it was already 7:30 in the morning.”

“Today I made my second visit to this place. First time I was there looking for a water tap, there was a gentleman there that when I asked what I need for this connector he showed me right away what I need and he was right!
Today I went there again to pick up a gas connection in plumbing aisle. I couldn’t find it and they called him as pluming aisle assistant. He came there very quick and asked me a couple questions and find exactly what I needed. He even went above and beyond and gave me one connection that I didn’t know I need and he was right!
He was so good in what he does. Patient professional and kind, his name was on his apron, Mike.
He is what Home Depot needs to beat Lowe’s. We all say that Lowe’s has better service but today Mike changed my mind. If Home Depot has more people like him that would make competition so hard for Lowe’s.

“I worked primarily with Christy and she was terrific. She was responsive, proactive, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. She advised the smart combination of semi-custom and custom cabinetry for my kitchen, mudroom, and laundry room and when I threw her a couple curve balls, asking for features Home Supply had never installed before, she very gamely researched and specified them exactly right. Additionally, the Home Supply installation team was top notch. They were personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They brought a few issues to my attention and were clear in explaining my options so I could make the most informed decision about how to proceed. I would highly recommend the team at Home Supply and will absolutely use them again for my next home renovation.”
