The store associates have so much patience, and answered our questions with honesty to the best of their ability. In comparison to other locations it’s pretty well stocked with the latest products the company releases. Lots of other locations in the area to check out. Highly suggest, might be a long trip over though. There’s not much outside of mall.

I love this store! Everyone's so nice an sweet and so helpful. The only issue I have is that I'd love to see more Jeans and bottoms but I love coming in here either way.

I came in and got a couple of pops. One was on the top shelf so I had to interrupt an employee and she got it for me. Then she left. So I had to wait for another one to acknowledge that I was ready to check out. That took a few minutes wait.

Cashier with purple hair she was absolutely TOP TIER in her customer service came in specifically for MCR merch, and bought all the MCR merch in the store that was in my size and of course that wasnt already in my closet.
She went above and beyond even called the manager to make sure I had gotten all MCR merch.
Absolutely amazing customer service coming from Canada first time in this location, and inside the mall. Absolutely will come back, when im Visiting NJ.
All staff members were friendly the vibe inside the store and atmosphere is great.
Bought 2 Crop tops the onesie and a micky mouse halloween theme jacket.

Had a really nice time there. First time in that Hot Topic in particular and the service there was phenomenal. Props to the purple haired cashier who helped me and my friends out. I believe her name was Jasmine? Made great conversation and was very polite the whole time. Overall a very cool experience.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Elma and Wesley for being so kind and welcoming! They were super great. This is a lot more spacious than other Hot Topics. I appreciated how clean and spacious the space was. ❤️

The shop isn't as big as I had thought it would be, given the size of the mall! They had tons of merchandise but no body jewelry that I saw. They had a full helpful staff which was nice. Prices were to be expected, nothing outrageous.
