It was kinda hard to find the stuff. I had to ask 2 employees to find what I was looking for but employees were friendly except the lady helping me at the cash register. Seem like she doesn’t know what she is doing but no big deal. I got what I came for with good price that’s what counts…

Very good customer service at this location- I wish they were closer to me ?. I've been to this Lowes multiple times now and the staff have been friendly and eager to help everytime so I rate here 5 stars!!

Only self checkout available. Maybe offer a discount if I need to perform someone else's job. I don't work there I shouldn't be expected to check out my own items and be watched as if I'm stealing something. Do better Lowe's

I use Lowe's for many of my personal as well as business hardware and interior needs. Within the busy holiday season, I was very impressed with the courtesy and attention of their associate this weekend, Phil, at the self-checkout line. He was eager to assist us and it was nice to be able to have the engagement with him (full disclosure, not a fan of seeing any employees replaced by tech, and hoping that Lowe's will continue to respect and value its human workforce, especially people like Phil!).

This store really has a low opinion of their customers. They recently removed their registers and have it all setup for self-serve. Anytime you ask questions, they are aggravated at having to help. There is one woman working in the tools department, and she is quite focused on helping customers. Everyone else is just miserable. Perhaps Lowes is not a great place to work, and these employees have no reason to care?It's frustrating shopping here.Update: I went back to purchase the item I needed for a fix at home. A nice customer service attendant at the register stated they changed everything out three months ago and that they stopped taking tap payments or nfc payments from phones. This sucks because I get extra percentage cash back on my cards because of the tap through samsung and google pay. Something I can still do at Home Depot or what I should have done...gone to the local ace hardware that is family owned.They have a ton of stuff, sure. But their customer service is lacking and now I lose out on extra savings because they did away with their registers and POS system.No thanks.

I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. Stores are always clean, easy to find what I'm looking for, if they have it, which is rare. They don't always carry some items I'm looking for, but if I have to order, it's easy and good delivery. Associates are helpful, friendly and have gone out of their way to find something if it's not on the floor if they have it in stock. They also have called other locations to see if they have and will ask to put aside.

Anthony at the paint department went above and beyond to help my husband and I to find the perfect paint. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave us amazing advice on which paint to use extremely helpful and honest. Give Anthony a raise because you don’t find workers like that oftenUpdate. Qushawn as well in the paint department is extremely kind and helpful. It got to the point where i went in a few times and he now knows who i am. Very sweet young man

Very clean. Very organized. They had all the Christmas decorations out so you can actually see what it looks like. I was amazed. Never been there before. Definitely coming back

It’s our first time in Lowe’s store.We were assisted by “Joe” the moment he saw us & he never went away our sight until we found what we wanted. He even assisted us in checking out at his nearby cash register.Next visit, we went to a customer service section to asked for an assistance in ordering something we found on line. Unfortunately after checking their website, the rep said, that the item is only available on line & that she couldn’t help us.We felt she didn’t really exert all possibilities.Instead of going home empty handed, we went inside the store & looked for Joe, & guess what, Joe was able to help us purchased the on-line item while we were at the store! Joe went above & beyond!Him & Carlos the store manager were a great example of good customer service!We APPRECIATE JOE a lot!In my opinion, Joe deserves to be promoted someday to become a manager?

I want to file a complaint, because at lowes 150 nj-17, east Rutherford NJ 07073, I think they just DISCRIMINATED me, because the Manager BRIAN told me that lowes did not do phone sales, and denied me my right to buy. And I always shop at Lowes for my clients like that. He didn't ask me or give me any reason.and I want to know if it's true? If it is the store's new policy? or was it DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ME??Because if it's all a lie from him, I think I can file a lawsuit.

I purchased a washing machine and paid for delivery. I had to take the day off from work to receive the appliance. However, on the day of delivery, the delivery men never bothered contacting us. They simply came to the house, put a tag on the door and left. This is such an aggravating issue because now I have to take another day off to be home to receive my delivery. Such horrible customer service. This is the last time I purchase an appliance at Lowe's, especially the East Rutherford location.
