I was looking for a top that was sold out online, but this store still had it in stock. Since I do not live nearby, I was not able to buy or pick it up in person. The store does not usually place orders over the phone, but I decided to give it a try.
Julia answered the phone and went above and beyond to help me place the order and arrange shipping. She was incredibly kind and patient, and the packaging was very thoughtful. If you have a chance to visit the store and are lucky enough to meet Julia, I highly recommend asking for her assistance. She is the best!

Wanted to change an item and they made me return it and purchase it at store.. No sense.. Will only buy back Mango again in Spain

I had just visited Mango this evening. I went in picked up two items that I wanted to purchase and when I just got to the cash register the two girl went into the fitting room and didn’t come out for 10 mins. There were two other girls on the floor and none of them felt the need to come to the register. I had waited 10 min and in the end I ended up putting items back on the shelf. I walked out while I was walking out I noticed one of the employees was putting the same items I picked back. Like I think they ignored me on purpose!!! Just a heads up for these employees maybe don’t ignore someone who’s standing at the cash register to pay for items. Close the store if you don’t want to sell. I would give this experience 0 stars. They need to change all their staff.

I drove in all the way from Long Island for a return and Angeles helped me so much. She was so kind, patient and accommodating for me even at the last minute before closing. Made my night. Thank you Angeles!!

There’s one specific employee who is red skin and wear glasses. The rudest person ever. She thinks she owns the place. You’re on minimum wage. Get a good job looser.

Typically, I prefer to shop independently without seeking assistance from the retail workers. However, Laura exceeded my expectations by going out of her way to help me find a dress that I absolutely adore. As I shopped for an outfit for an upcoming dinner, her assistance was truly attentive, and the dress she helped me find is simply perfect for the occasion.

every time the cashier consultants here are always so arrogant or simply ignore you, today my patience was already over, one of them gave me change in Canadian 5 cent , hey we are not in Canada, I only saw this when I left the Mall. It's annoying when an ordinary saleswoman acts like she's the boss.
