this flea market is open every Saturday and is a great place for street food. they have a lot of good options for shoes, toys, accessories, house products, etc but you will also find those random tables selling junk. this place is better than Englishtown by a mile.

Huge variety of vendors, mixed with antiques and new. I like how it is almost sectioned off / antique rows and then the new merchandise in its own rows. Lots of prota-potty and nice variety of foods.

As a daily vendor. You have to wait almost 2 hours in line to buy a ticket. If its the first of the month, you have to wait even longer as monthly vendors are in line as well. Then get into my truck and wait in another line to get in. Go around the office, only to maneuver around other vendors and people walking around to find my spot, numbers on the ground are barley visible. It was a whopping $105 to get in only to find out, it will soon be raised to $115. Other markets you can buy a ticket online and go right in, or they have a daily and monthly line entrance to keep it moving. A flea market at a stadium should be a awesome experience, not a nightmare. Other stadium markets bring in thousands of people, while this one pushes people away. It is also set up wrong, Parking is awful as a buyer, I've seen people move the gates because no one there does it in the morning, Its also on one side and you have to zig-zag walk to get to the used vendors. This place puts buyers and sellers in a bad mood and even confrontational at moments. We would like to set up more and see more daily vendors. When I see a new face, they always say we will never be back again. I suggest new management or new owners and more security to get people to their spots to start selling, not waiting. If not please do better. Take an example from the Rose Bowl stadium market. It brings people from all over. Makes it a event. As a NJ buyer and seller. This can be fun experience, not a hassle.I was told it is now $125 for a space. Say goodbye to daily vendors.

Amazing place to walk around with your family, and do a little bit of everything. Shopping it's always needed! Great, fresh and hot, corn & hotdogs ? ? ?

As a buyer its a great flea market everyone can enjoy...but as a daily vendor its an absolute nightmare and I mean that with every letter of that word. You get there at 5:30 a.m. and wait 4 hours (not even exaggerating) to finally pay the $115.00 fee but by the time you set up its now 10:30 a.m. and that sucks considering it opens at 8:00a.m. The problem is the people running it they are still in the stone age or just too cheap to catch up with the rest of the world. Its as if they are chipping your transactions in stone . The system they currently use is beyond archaic. They need to spend a little money to develop an app or something of that nature to make things run efficiently for everyone. Its time to catch up with the rest of the world cause you are stuck in the past .but Im sure things wont change because they know better...yeah right!
