Everytime I've been here, I've had a wonderful experience. The payment options to tip and pay for services is a breeze. They never pressure me to buy products and Rezi is beyond talented with her craft. Scheduling is so easy. This is definitely my first steady hair place for the first time in almost 15 years.Service: Haircut

Unfortunately, I had a family matter and arrived 10 minutes late, only to find the salon closed. No one called me to let me know they were closing early at 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I left a message and waited for a callback the following week, never heard back. I called on Wednesday afternoon again to schedule another appointment and to find out what happened, I was told their policy is they will not wait 10 minutes for you or call you back (very unprofessional). When I asked to schedule another appointment with Lisa they said it would be 3 weeks out. I’ve been going to Outer Edge for years and have never complained when I have to wait 15/20 minutes for my appointment, but Apparently that’s a one-way street. I decided Lisa isn’t worth waiting for, plenty of other good stylist/salons out there.Service: Hairstyling

I’ll never go anywhere else. Jackie is exceptional with colour and doesn’t ever disappoint. The shop is modern, simple and classy. They really care about their customers and put that extra attention to detail. They’re a high end salon when it comes to their work but their prices are affordable. I can’t say enough great things about this place.

First time in my life I'm so happy with my hair that I want to scream lol . Lisa did color highlights and cut , she's absolutely amazing , she delivered exactly what i asked for ! Everyone's so nice the place is clean and beautiful ! Ladies go see Lisa at Outer Edge hair salon you'll love her .

Lisa has been styling my hair for years and I love seeing her now at Outer Edge Hair Studio. It's always a great experience at this cute and comfortable salon. The atmosphere is fun, inviting and relaxed. I can't say enough good things about the salon or more importantly about Lisa. I wouldn't trust anyone else for amazing color or cuts. I highly recommend her!
