I recently requested earlier delivery of my Dosepacks to ensure that we would receive them earlier than needed in case of delivery problems. They immediately started delivering my dose packs earlier! Another prescription which was ordered right afterwords was indeed delayed due to weather but it came in time to start it. Thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars I would.Left 2 text messages and a voice message. And nobody contacted me back.I told them to drop a med from my pill pack and when my box arrived today the pill was included in my packets.2 medications were not even put in my package.And 1 is the wrong mg.Then I call them and tell them. I do not need their services anymore. And they wanna know why?I called a different med company today. And they were a lot more professional than this place.

We have been using PersonalRx for my dad with Parkinson’s. It’s such a relief to have his pills all prepared and packaged. Jazryne goes beyond the call of duty to make sure he gets his medicine on time. She takes the pressure off me to contact the doctor’s office to get refills and clarify prescriptions. She is wonderful to work with. I am so appreciative of all her help.
