Worst customer experience I have ever had in a store. I visited Primark at American Dream on Saturday, January 27, 2025 with my 68-year-old mother and my 5-year-old daughter. After waiting about 25 to 30 minutes in a long checkout line, the employee managing the line allowed two women to cut in front of me simply because the person ahead of me was her friend.
This was not one group checking out together, they were planning to pay separately, meaning multiple transactions and more waiting for us. I calmly explained that it was not fair, especially since I was with an elderly parent and a small child who had already been standing for a long time. The staff did not care and even said it did not matter because “they are friends.”
Then it got worse. When I stood behind them in the spot that matched my turn, the employee told me that because I complained, I “lost my turn” and I had to go to the back and start the entire line over. That is unfair, unprofessional, and felt like retaliation for speaking up.
Primark needs better management of lines and staff training. Customers should not be punished for respectfully asking for fair treatment. I will not be returning.

The Store its self was lovely however when we went to pay our Cashier (Keyla) was so disrespectful and in a mad mood and didn’t respond to what we had asked about an item..

This will be my last year shopping at primark. I use to regularly shop here mainly because you can get good quality items at a fair price until i went shopping for Christmas presents and discovered they are price gouging. They are placing stickers over the original prices or simply removing the prices on items all together. When i asked the cashier if they would honor the original price which is lower she gave me an attitude and said no. I asked if there was a reason they are price gouging and was met with more attitude. It’s a shame corporations are so greedy i guess this is another store to the list i will be boycotting from here on out

Variety of different staff to buy for good price. With being so busy they keep it pretty clean.
I wish it would have more check out registry open as lines are long .

They are impossible to get a hold of on the phone. I have been trying for 4 hours, no one ever answers. The ring sound you hear is that they are on another call. Highly doubtful, maybe the phone is off the hook?
I guess they don't need the revenue. Move on to a business that will appreciate the revenue!

⭐ 1-Star Review
The staff here is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a simple price check, it turns into a whole issue. No one wants to help, and they act annoyed just for doing their job. It’s frustrating and makes the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. Definitely needs better customer service training.

literally says open, spent two hours just trying to get in the building and its closed. Make your hours clear and don't waste peoples time who don't have a store nearby.

Experienced really nasty attitude from the lady directing customers to the register lines. I asked her which way to go because one big lane split into 2 near the registers. She was very rude and started talking nonsense. I told her I just asked a simple question. It was a simple left or right. Her attitude and lack of professionalism was unnecessary. It happened at around 6:15 pm on Sunday 10/26/2025.

It was my first time at this store this past Saturday, I had great help from male team members. Andy and the other gentleman had glasses, I apologize I am bad with names. But great merchandise great prices.
