The company warranty is worthless! Two years after install we had a major leak. Apparently the caulk I was required to use failed and the company blamed the installer. Total BS. Horrible company.

The unit and controls work very nicely. I've had the unit now for over x2 years. It is a bit expensive, but when relaxing in my custom made steam room (sans shower) it's heaven.

FYI - for those in Metro Atlanta considering Steamist, know that there is only ONE approved repairman in the entire area and he is extremely unresponsive. I've been waiting over 3 months for an appointment and have decided to go with a new alternative brand instead of continuing the hassle.
