I am a new resident and I have to say, I am incredibly impressed with The Monarch so far. The application and move in process was smooth. The property is maintained well and you cannot beat the amenities or location! Kameel, the maintenance guy, introduced himself immediately and is readily available whenever I have questions. Everyone from the leasing office to the concierge team has been friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier about my decision to rent here.

As a sole-parent to 2 year old and fur-mama, very grateful for maintenance and management here at Monarch 🙏 Been living here for 10 years with things of course needing some attention now and have felt extremely at ease and comforted that anything I encountered would be addressed in a timely manner. I recently moved into the Monarch, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building is beautiful, and the management team is incredibly helpful. The amenities, such as parking, a gym, and a pool, are fantastic. If you’re looking for a new residence, check out The Monarch; you won’t regret it.

The building's in a great spot, made of solid concrete, has 24/7 security, indoor parking and a social club with pool. The staff are all super friendly and hardworking. Kamil does an awesome job keeping everything in top shape, and he’s really quick to fix any issues in the apartment.
Mayra is always super helpful and responds really fast. You shoot her an email, and she’s on it right away.
On top of everything else, the shuttle to Secaucus and the amenities are a big bonus. It’s always quiet inside, and the team makes sure the place is kept clean.

I highly recommend this beautiful and well kept luxury apartments. We love our neighbors and they plan fun activities for all of us to get to know our neighbors more. If we don’t feel like cooking, they have food trucks that come to the property with delicious varieties of dishes. Call now for a tour, you won’t regret it.

Five stars for Kamile (head of maintenance) in the monarch building. He answers immediately once a request is filed online & he also makes sure your apartment is clean of any “maintenance mess” once the team leaves. 10/10 best maintenance we’ve had in a long time!

Love this building. Maintenance responds to any work order I place within minutes, love the front desk personnel, my building is immaculate. Recent staffing changes in the building have had an incredible impact in the way this building looks and feels. Will continue to renew lease.

I’ve been holding Back from writing this review from the moment I moved in. From the first day I moved in my washer and dryer was broken. Again my washer and dryer had issues 3 times within the first week i moved in. Followed by a couple days later my AC leaking all over my carpet. The AC leaked not once but twice all over my carpet resulting me in sending it to get cleaned. Furthermore I’ve been nothing but patient with the building. I’ve only been here for 3 months buts signing that lease has to be one of my biggest regrets. My payment did not go through due to “insufficient funds” which we have 5 days to make a payment. I find it ironic that on the last day when it’s considered a late payment was when i was made aware of this. Which results in almost 200$ in fees. Furthermore if you lock yourself out keep in mind the 100 fee that you have to pay for a temporary key you have to bring back once you’ve entered you’re apartment. And the constant mice running around the building. It’s nothing but scam after scam in this building i urge you to STAY AWAY.

I love my building, it's safe and quiet and has great amenities. And the additional personnel in the office and maintenance are so great ❤️❤️
