Best U-Haul in the area! The customer service was wonderful! Alonzo, Jaquan and Yugeily are amazing! Such helpful people and very good at their jobs! I will not hesitate to do business with this location in the future, do yourself a favor and use this location for your hauling needs.

**Avoid this U-Haul location at all costs.**
As a regular customer, I am appalled by their utter lack of care and professionalism when they are busy. Despite my loyalty and frequent reservations, they have refused to honor my bookings. It's clear that the regular business I bring when their lot is full of trucks means absolutely nothing to them on a busy day. Their disregard for customer service is unacceptable.

AhahhhhNow we know who the snotty Criminal that scams the Customers is ???Made us renew our Contract and refuse to give us an Extension because the truck was so called rented already and we had it for 22 days???The at $0.99 a Mile the new contract she did it so we can pay $1.99 a Mile ???But I called Corporate and they fixed it????Guy if ya ever Rent from this Location talk to Julian ??? he's very Respectful very Professional very kind and Very Helpful.....This lady here that I won't say her name till I finish my Video and upload it to YouTube and all Platforms ?????And investigation will be done to see how many others she Robbed????You really try to Scam the wrong one this time MamAnd we was so nice and u still Refused to Fix your SCAMI had to call Corporate and very Professional that they was they understood and seen ur scam u tried on meSo your Job is Next your Not uhaul Certified or worthy?????Enjoy the Rest of ur Fake Scamming time there .....Because it won't be for long ???

They had spaces available to store a motorcycle, but the oil AND the gas had to be drained before getting the bike in.
