As a long-time Verizon customer, I highly recommend purchasing your phones at a corporate store. Instead of in-store purchases at Russell Cellular or any other indirect stores. For every customer that has purchased a phone if they look at the receipt, they are been charged 35$ per device purchased in person. For a setup for success. Now that fee is $40 per device purchased in person. I got 4 lines and I forcefully have to pay $40 × 4 = $160 extra that I have to pay. Basically, we can't even opt out of that fee, even if we don't need help to transfer our data or any of the checklists that are included in the setup for success. They do inform you that they return those $40 after 2 months as a Russell Cellular gift card. So you can only use it to purchase only accessories at Russell Cellular. But to use that gift card you also need to do a $50 purchase then they can use the gift card. Just placing the order on the app "My Verizon" and choosing a pick-up location is way cheaper. Instead of paying for overpriced accessories. You only pay the taxes for the upgrade, new line, etc of the device. It's like Amazon doesn't exist for these stores. Please like this review and share. And spread awareness of saving your money. The easy way of knowing if it's an indirect store is to call the number on the store and if it doesn't call Verizon customer service directly then it's an indirect store. Happy shopping ??

There’s only one person working which is crazy. The employee was helping someone but he didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. How rude. Not a place I’ll spend my money.

Scam alert!!This location was good two years ago. At the moment they lost all of the people that used to be there and when I went there last with my wife we had a terrible experience. There is a new manager and they are desperate to hot you with hidden charges and sell things you have zero use for. There's no doubt in my mind that this is the reason the old employees aren't there anymore. Stay away from this place, order online and skip the scammers.

We finally decided to upgrade our phones and visited this Verizon store last Friday as it’s close from our house. Mr. Smerlyn took cake of us everything including the transfer of data from old phone to new one. It was such a pleasant experience. It’s located in a small shopping square and lots of parking spaces. I highly recommend!

The old manager Daniel made the store awesome but now that’s he’s gone it’s just down hill -Daniel helped me out with getting iPhone for me and my kids and he was amazing while working with my family and line of people - ALONE!The new manager that are there now try to sell me everything under the sun when I was there and most of it I didn’t even need it it’s not even worth opening that door anymorego to the Clifton store down in rt 3

My husband bought a new phone yesterday. It still doesn't work because Verizon apparently has a "transferring outage" they told my husband to be patient it should work in a few days. So he is just supposed to not have any phone for a few days and we can send smoke signals to each other during the day. They offered no solution and no way to rectify.

This store is fantastic! I worked with two different gentlemen when I went in. First with Daniel and then with Malcolm. Both young men were knowledgeable, kind, caring and attentive. I assumed, incorrectly, that a larger, "corporate store" would be better than an "authorized retailer" such as this location. However, I was mistaken. I will be going to Russell Cellular from now on whenever I need a new product or I have a question.

I came here to get my mom a new phone. Danny the store manager was extremely nice. Every employee that works for Verizon whether it’s corporate store or a store like this one, should be as nice as Danny is. He answered all my questions and made buying a phone effortlessly. I hope the higher ups read this and give Danny a raise or something. Thank you Danny for everything!

I’ve been coming to Russell-cellular at this location for many years. The people there are very professional, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Nourhan is delightful to work with, and able to give her attention to a couple of people at the same time while never sacrificing the quality of her service. For this reason I will never go back to a Verizon corporate store. The service at this location is always the best.
