Twice now I have the opportunity to do business with the PNC East Windsor branch.On each occasion my needs were not a simple checking or saving account requirement. Trust me I wish they were.My problems were complex and challenging. And quite honestly I did not think they could help me.Two outstanding individuals through patience , hard work and understanding not only helped me but saved me from hardships that I truly could not afford. Ms. Sabhyata Handa and Mr. AkshayKumar Patel came through with the highest degree of professionalism and knowledge of the banking industry. I cannot thank them enough for their service and dedication. PNC is not "just a bank". It is the answer for the tough times and I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.”

“I’m only giving 5 starts to the branch manager who tried to help me with an issue that occurred today. He was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as he could. I received an email that my account was being closed with no explanation and the number we had to call refused to give me a reason and told me they were not obligated to. I now have to wait for a cashiers check with the money from my account that I only opened about two months ago. I would never recommend banking with chase to anyone!! But if you do bank with chase I do recommend this branch manager for any help you may need.”

“I've been a member over 5 years, but I haven't used the services or branch until this week. I have to say the in-person service was excellent. Veronica and the teller assisted me right through my auto loan and new checking account items. I'm completely satisfied both in person and all my online and ATM experiences. The rates for the Auto and HELOC were very competitive without the fees! Plus, the online applications went smoothly and fast. I'll be and will refer everyone looking for great rates and services.”
