I lived in East Windsor NJ for 5years and I was using Future Pharmacy even thou it was far from me. As at 2021 They had very good customer service and whatever you needed was there. I can testify to the set of people at that time.But it seems they have changed their staff or a new family member is in-charge now .I had a bad experience this morning at about 9.54 am 5/6/24 I called from out of state to verify if they had Symbiotic colostrum vitamins. I wanted it sent to me or ready to pick it up once I get to NJ.The Lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude . I kept telling her and explaining she keep saying she doesn’t have high cholesterol medication. I went further to explain it’s a vitamin but she was too impatient and cut the call . I called back and tried to explain what I wanted and told her it’s not cholesterol medication .She absolutely told me she cut the previous call because she didn’t want to hear my complain again.OMG! I was absolutely stunned that she cut the previous call on purpose. I asked for the pharmacist . She said she was the pharmacist and slammed the phone a second time. This could definitely will be heartbreaking for a person who thinks they can get some sympathy from a pharmacist but ends up receiving such treatment.If this attitude is not addressed Future Pharmacy is definitely going to lose many customers.

Love this pharmacy! It is the best! They fill my prescriptions very quick, and are always kind and treat you like family. There is rarely a waiting time they work very quickly. Always a joy to come in!

We love Future Pharmacy, my wife and I came here to get our covid19 shots and boosters when CVS was giving us a hard time about getting them and because we had to make appointments. We're thinking about switching from CVS to Future Pharmacy.

Very good fast service before coming here went to CVS waited 20 minutes in line and after turn came they ask me to minimum waiting time 30-35 minutes I took my proscription back and came to Future Pharmacy they filled my medicine in less than 5 minutes

The best customer service I’ve ever had!! The pharmacist was extremely professional and personable. She made me feel so comfortable. I’m afraid of shots and she calmed me down. She is literally a one woman show!!!! And made sure she got to everyone in a timely manner. She is so sweet. 10/10 recommend! I wish I lived closer to this location I’d come here all the time.

Wonderful local pharmacy with tremendous service and staff. was able to book a vaccination appt online, and the process was flawless when I arrived. They have everything you need/expect from a pharmacy and the staff was incredibly helpful. Will be coming back again

Super easy to schedule covid vaccination, covid booster and flu shot. Much better appointment availability than larger retail chains and the experience was great (no wait time and knowledgeable pharmacist)
