“This place is wonderful. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain almost anything. If there is something that one person doesn't know much about there is someone else that does. I once needed assistance and the person helping me wasn't too sure about the side effects about the extract I was interested in -the person took the time to look it up for me. If there is a product that is out of stock, you will be placed on a wait list and get a call once it comes in.The only negative is The Owner. Should you want to return something because it didn't work or there's an issue and you don't have your receipt, 20% comes off the item that you're swapping it out for, even, if there was an issue with the product and you would like to exchange it for the same exact one. Sick people have other things to worry about,a receipt is the last thing on my mind. He should try having a little bit of compassion as many other practitioners need... taking/demanding money from those that don't have it without compassion is pretty low especially if you want people to return and let others know that The Owner is fabulous. It can't be said, not at this Black Forest in Hamilton,N.J.!!!”
