Showed up for my reservation and they told me they have no cars for me had to pay for uber only to get scammed by this location should’ve looked at the reviews b4 making this reservation

Iv used this location several times, never have issues here. Pick up and drop off are very easy, cars are always clean and ready. Staff is always great.

Location was not well marked. Car requested was not available.
I was told gas tank was Full, it was Bottom of tank empty. Kia Carnival was nice, but I was unfamiliar with Kia Dashboard...
