I was car shopping, seen a car of interest. I received a call back from Charlie Hernandez stating the car is available and we had set up an appointment to see the vehicle. Before I went to see the vehicle, I called spoke to the manager and ask him if I can leave a deposit because I’m 2 hours away he said no it’s ok I WILL HOLD THE CAR FOR YOU. He confirmed my appointment and I spoke to him several times during the day, to let hi drives two hours for them to tell him they sold the vehicle 34 mins ago. My husband and I are furious they are such scammers. I tried calling them and they keep forwarding me to voicemails. They left me on hold several times as well. DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO WHEEL YOU IN TO MAKE A PURCHASE. I WILL PURSUE THIS MATTER. Look at our conversations and they even texted me a picture of the vehicle
Beware! If they text confirming the vehicle, don’t trust them.

I came in looking for a Honda, specifically CRV. Corey greeted me as I came in, he was very transparent and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns, any issues with the vehicle were resolved before I drove off with my car! I recommend Excel Auto Lounge, if you go, ask for Corey!

Horrible dealership prices are way off and if u allow them to they will get over on u in every way possible do not and I repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RON once ur out the door they don’t help u with no warranty nothin u have a better chance of getting in contact with the president look at other dealerships leave this one as ur last option da car I got sold it self because of the condition and I just liked the car but this service sucks everything about them sucks

Be careful. These people are scam. I had inquired about 2 cars they had listed over a month ago. Since then Lucas has been calling and texting me every day to visit them for a test drive. I finally decided to visit them today, and before going there, Lucas assured to me that they had those two cars in stock. I was a little hesitant about visiting after reading reviews online about them about how they add extra fees and all. Even for that Lucas texted me that I’ll be paying the advertised price. I finally take a 3 hour drive in pouring rain, and all this time giving constant updates on my eta to Lucas. Once I reach there I expect Lucas to attend me. And to my surprise I get a text from Lucas that someone will be attending me soon. After waiting for a while Ron comes to me and asks me to go outside to see if I like any car in the yard and would like to test drive. I told him that I came to see the two cars I had mentioned to Lucas. Then after a while he comes to me saying one of the cars will be coming in the following Monday and the other one was taken away by the owner’s son. Typical click and bait policy to sell me another car that I wasn’t interested in. Deceitful practice on their part. They made me drive over 3 hours each way for nothing. They have no regard for other’s time and effort. And to my surprise I get a text later from Lucas about my visit to them. Probably Lucas was a AI generated bot. Shame on you excel Auto lounge. I will take this matter to BBB for sure for false advertisement and deceptive practices.

This place is a joke. Just read the reviews. They are only looking for clicks. I would expect this kind of business from a local little guy Dealership. Whatever the cost of the car is you are looking at, add around $6,000 to the price. Under the fine print, it adds a given $3,000 down payment, $1,000 transportation fee, $1,000 admin fee and some other nonsense fees. Avoid this place. No wonder the 1.0
