The front end supervisor/manager that was there today during lunch time always has an attitude. I’ve only gone to this store 3 times. All 3 times she’s been there. She always has an expression on face like she doesn’t want to be there or help anyone out. And that’s okay, but then she’s also actually rude on top of that. I personally would avoid this location just so that you don’t have to interact with her.

Sales are very misleading as most brand merchandise is not subject to discounting, something only listed in the small print of sales advertising.

Staff is very unfriendly .. store always feels dead .. no music.. barely any people to help, and no room between isles to move with stroller or wheelchair

Yesterday I visited Kohl’s store, I found I all the stuff nicely stored in racks and hangers. The prices displayed neatly. I must say that the place is professionally maintained for easy access to every section, even the restroom was very clean and shining.

I came in to drop off an Amazon return (great service in that department) however, after my Amazon return I tried to purchase an item from the store that was on the clearance rack, but it did not show the clearance price at the register. The lady at the register had said the item is not on clearance, to my response letting her know they had 15 of the same item on the rack. Her response was that she did not believe me and had to go check. She and I confirmed that the items were in the clearance section and she still said she will not honor it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
