Great customer service at the Extra Storage East Windsor from Jason and Tiffany. Jason thoroughly explained in detail information regarding pricing, unit sizes, and insurance. Tiffany provided information regarding location and access to the unit. The units are in a secure and clean location.

This was my first time using a storage unit in decades. Setting it up was fast and simple. When it came time to move out Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my key. She was patient and resourceful. Communication was great and any interactions I had were effortless.
