I had a wonderful experience at the East Windsor PenFed branch. Veronica was exceptionally gracious, patient, and professional. I arrived quite late in the day on Friday, and even after closing hours, she remained kind, supportive, and thorough in helping me complete my auto loan process. Her warmth and attention to detail made everything seamless and stress-free.
I’m sincerely appreciative of her time and recommend this branch and credit union for their efficiency, care, and outstanding service.

My recent interaction with Rae Wilson, Branch Manager at PenFed Bank, was nothing short of exceptional. Rae’s professionalism, detailed knowledge, and commitment to outstanding service stood out immediately. She took the time to carefully explain the different banking options available, addressed all of my questions, and ensured I left fully informed and confident.
What impressed me most was Rae’s genuine care and dedication—her approach is refreshing and a true reflection of excellent leadership in banking. Because of this, I’ve directed all of my banking to this branch, knowing I can rely on Rae to consistently provide the highest level of service.

I was in the process of buying a car from Carvana, and they were making my life extremely difficult by refusing my check from Penfed due to my last name needing a hyphenated 2nd last name (which i never use and has never been an issue) and would not budge. I met with Rae the branch manager, and she corrected the issue, having to battle through antiquated systems to get the name updated, the loan/offer reissued, and a check reprinted in the same morning. I greatly appreciated the time she spent to make sure the corrections were expedited and allow me to continue with the car purchase. Got my wheels now and I'm happy.

What a joke this credit union is..I’ve a top notch credit and they rejected my credit application. On top of that they sent a letter stating they obtained my credit (it has the top notch score on it) and what factors could affect my score..as if I’m struggling on that part..seriously?
