I can't say enough about the incredible customer service I received at this location. The service Mgr. Ken made me feel at ease both on the phone and in person. He is an incredible ambassador for the Midas family (who should be proud to have him in their employ). A huge accolade as well to Steve who actually worked on my car. He explained everything to me in a way that I could actually understand (which is huge). It was one of my most favorable interactions of its kind. Thanks so much for all you did and for keeping the dying art of stellar customer service alive.

I'm very happy with the work and the service was great!!! I'm new to the area and felt comfortable, leaving my Toyota Tacoma there for service, Great customer service ? definitely will be returning. Ken explained everything to me before any service was performed on the vehicle. ? also when I went to pick it up Ken also explained everything that was done on my vehicle and things that I will need to have done in the future.
