Went in for a haircut and left having to get someone to fix my hair. There were three employees there and only two were cutting hair when I walked in and signed in on my phone. I had to wait over 10-15 minutes while being one of the only ones sitting there to get signed it by them. It's like the lady had no idea what I was talking about. I didn't even need a whole new cut just clean up the sides and fix my line ups, trim my beard. She took a buzzer to the line on my head and made it a 1/4 inch wide. And still didn't get all my imperfections. It's the second haircut I've gotten in the past month that I felt the woman could not see well. Y'all need to put your glasses on because there's no reason for someone to cut hair if they can't come to terms with the fact they can't see.

Possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I asked for a mid fade and a trim up top. I received a buzz on the sides with zero blend. By the time she was about to trim the top I told her to stop bc I didn’t want her to ruin anymore of my hair.

I went in with an appointment for 11 am and came in about 15 minutes early. They were ready to take me right away and it was a very clean and friendly environment. I got my hair cut by Crystal and she did a phenomenal job listening to my concerns and preferences. She is very nice and gentle with my hair. Will definitely come back anytime.
