Not too sure why some people aren’t happy with this location. This is the best T-Mobile I’ve been to yet!Came in to transfer my lines over from Verizon with no intention of getting new devices. After kind persuasion from Katherine and the store manager I left happy with new iPhones and a new T-Mobile account. Thanks for taking the time to transfer all of my families information over and we really appreciate being able to keep our numbers. Keep up the great work ladies!!My only complaint would be toward the other associate Kajal. Her pitches for the sales felt very pressuring and as if she was undermining the girl who helped us. Wouldn’t describe her as a team player at this store.

The young lady "Kajal" was beyond helpful. I had a few hiccups setting up my plan and account, but she was patient and diligent. I had to come back because of it the hiccup. But she was accommodating. T-mobile needs more people like her!!!

I just had the worst experience at this store as well, the manger Gabby was unbelievable and I have been on the phone with corporate and I will not rest until I speak with her boss!!!!

Oh man, this store is HORRIBLE. The manager and sales person both were USELESS. The Manager Gabi, messed up with my IMEI and we ended up with a ton of trouble. What the heck is this?And, they provide WRONG & FALSE INFORMATION to take the line or switch.PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE.

I went into this store yesterday thinking they would probably have great sales. I went inside and let me tell you I was very disappointed that they had no customer service experience whatsoever. The store was almost empty. Two sales reps were helping people and the manager was too busy on her phone and couldn't even take two seconds to greet me. She made eye contact but I guess to busy pm her phone to say hello. I waited about 15 minutes for someone to help me and left wanting to go somewhere else. Don't waste your time coming here.

I worked with Jeffrey names guy in transferring 6 lines from AT&T. And this guy didn’t know what he was doing. He messed up IMEIs for 3 of our numbers, which is why 3 of our lines didn’t have connections for the next few days, therefore causing a lot of hassle. He also put wrong info for trade in devices, and now I dont know if I will receive the promotional trade in value for which I changed to Tmobile. Honestly, AVOID THIS STORE. The manage is also useless. She was there on the phone the whole time and still everything was done incorrectly. Their system crashes 3 times and we had to sit there for 5 hours straight. Trying to be patient with that Jeffrey giy was a big mistake, we should have just gone to a corporate store like something in a mall. Which are authentic Tmobile stores.

I was here yesterday hoping they had any Black Friday deals but unfortunately for me, I had nothing but a bitter taste in my mouth. There were two customer associates helping customers and a manager who clearly was too busy on her phone to even acknowledge me or greet me. I waited for about 10 minutes give or take till the next available associate available to help me. I told him I wanted to bring my husband to my family account and if there were any deals for us. Long story short it seems like they don't know anything unless they speak to this "manager". I decided to leave and told my mother to do business in Staten Island and pow we got what we needed. People there were much friendlier and waved activation fees.

I would not recommend coming to this store unless you have a lot of time to waste. I waited over an hour before I was helped. The two employees didn't seem to care how long we waited or even wondered why we were there. I think it takes less time to buy a new car than to get a phone at this place. What a disaster. Service is a fantasy, ignorance and indifference are in high supply. I'm the end I waited over an hour to ask a question that took 2 min to answer. Incompetence of the highest order.

Natasha the manager was amazing. I came in frustrated and I left very happy. She took the time to find me the best phone for me. Getting the tablet too was a bonus. I loved her energy, understanding and care. Highly recommend this store

Be careful with this store. Sold services that were misleading. Store manager Nitasha, was extremely rude,was on her personal phone and MacBook the whole time while I was there between 3:30-4 Ish. All I wanted a receipt of the transaction that was made on June 26 as Tmobile charged me $455.29 for the 5G Home Internet device that was never taken out of the store. I destroyed the receipt because I was told don't worry about it.This store manager was not welcoming and sas cold throughout the process. She refused to give a copy of the receipt or even let me take a picture of that receipt so that I can share with T-Mobile. She shared the receipt number in a non cooperative voice to the T-Mobile agent on the phone. Very deceptive service from this independent store that is NOT an authorized T-Mobile owned store. I came to found out that stores in malls are only T-Mobile stores. T-Mobile customer service was on the phone and listened to the whole incident and recodred the incident. I also recorded the whole incident because this same store tried to trick us the day we tried to get the services in June 2023 as well (tried to charge us restocking fee with in 1 hr at the store when we cancelled the 2 additonal lines with 1 phone upgrade and 5G internet trial service). Store manager Nitasha told me to leave the store when I challenged her and questioned her in a heated argument about the receipt and her behavior. I still don't understand why I can't have a copy of the void receipt that has my information on it. I was not asking for other customer receipt. According to Fair Consumer Act in NJ, I have the right to have that receipt.I want consumers to be very careful doing business with this store unless they are transparent in their services. Do not destroy your receipts for few months. I told T-Mobile agent on the phone to do an investigation on this store as well as the manager.

Worst experience than any other store. One employee kept us waiting outside in hot weather, manager didn’t talk properly or help resolve ongoing issue with device. Avoid this location

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve came to the store. Nick has been very helpful and eager to help, the customer service is great and always so helpful, have always had an easy non time consuming experience with the helpful services.

Had a great experience with switching over! The staff was pretty cool and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend this location! Gaby the Assistant Manager was such a great help with all my questions and concerns with both my old and new carrier!
