The staff is wonderful and full of love for animals which is obvious from the time I stepped into the office. Dr.Ashmore is very thorough in his exams and all the techs are happy to answer any questions.”
“We brought our cat, Chloe there as she was having problems breathing and we found out she had congestive heart failure. The Dr. and staff were incredible and offered us the best care for her without forcing expensive procedures that were not going to prolong her life without suffering.
He answered all the questions we had and gave us alternatives when it came to procedures and medications.
I absolutely recommend this veterinary office for your beloved pets.”
“Dr Ruge is the best vet I have ever seen! She has helped get my 8 year old pit/lab mix out of liver failure when we thought we had to put her down dr never gave up on her. She gave me the best advice on what tests we should run and what was not necessary. She was always willing to take my phone calls with any questions I had and always checked in on my dog to see how she was doing. All the techs and receptionist are wonderful caring people! Highly recommend this office for your pets !”

“I had an emergency visit with my dog Ruby this evening for the first time. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Heinzmann was very nice when she came out to speak with us. At the time there was no wait so they took her back right away. The price was reasonable not overly expensive. I would highly recommend them for emergency visits!”

“I’ve used Carnegie Cat Clinic for many years and through multiple cats. I have found the veterinarians to be thorough, kind and caring. They communicate clearly about any care and treatment recommended. The staff is equally friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this practice!”
“It's a very friendly and warm atmosphere! There was actually no plan for me to join the last appointment for my pet cat, as another family member tends to bring him, so I was very appreciative of the vet taking time out to speak to me. My cat has diabetes and seems to have some sort of gastric issues, and I was able to discuss these concerns while doing just routine blood work.
When a large dog needed to come out, one of the techs brought my cat out of sight so he wouldn't get scared, and also chatted with me. There are also pamphlets near the desk with information, including about pet insurance that they take. It was overall enjoyable.
The facility is also clean, with some seating, and both stairs and a ramp for access. Though the door is not automatic, it is also not heavy. I did not utilize the restroom, so no notes on accessibility of that at this time.”

She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top. They were recommended to us and I'm going to recommend them to you. Very pleasant experience and wonderful, caring people.”
“Another place where the crowd might come a little harsh with the reviews! Our precious cat Alfie was all out of food due to a delay on shopping with a leading online pet food merchant, which necessitated this trip to Petco. Unlike another chain that starts with "Pet," Petco had Alfie's food of choice in stock! We also are trying a couple cans of new food that may be a bit healthier for him. He's an indoor cat after all and not immune from the quarantine 15. It was easy to pick out everything online and pay. Nikki named me as someone authorized to pick up the goods, so I swung by this morning and was in and out in 2 minutes. Almost felt like an illicit transaction in a movie or something because it was so smooth and the product was nicely bagged. If the leading merchant doesn't get its act together, we will probably be back here to Petco!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tsun. From the moment we met her, she was incredibly patient, kind, and deeply empathetic. She truly listened to my concerns, validated them, and never once brushed anything off. Dr. Tsun took the time to thoroughly explain each diagnostic test like why it was being done and how it would help bring us closer to an answer which made an overwhelming situation feel more manageable and informed.
Sadly, my sweet cat was diagnosed with end-stage cancer, but Dr. Tsun handled the entire process with such compassion and grace. She made an incredibly painful experience as gentle and painless as possible, always checking in to make sure my cat was comfortable and doing okay. Her care extended not just to my pet, but to me as well, and that meant more than I can put into words.
I am so grateful for Dr. Tsun’s expertise, honesty, and kindness, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate emergency veterinary care.”

Sadly my vet Dr. Katie Parker left and I now go back to Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital and use this vet as a backup. I was very disappointed no one ever told me.
I finally went back and was very happy with everyone at the front desk and with Dr V who I adored but now she hasn't been there for 3 or 4 months and the other vet just left and there's only one that left that doesn't even see you in person she just sees the dog and charges an arm and a leg so I'm very disappointed right now!”
