I like the Walgreens chain in general but this one, whoa. Not so much.This location has been steadily declining for years. It is now so bad that we have decided to join others we know and change pharmacies.The rudeness and arrogance of the employees has made the decision to leave easy.

Drive thru goes pretty quickly. They are polite and patient. Helps you thoroughly and religiously.

The Walgreens in East Windsor in NJ is terrible, the phone has been broke for 9 days. Nobody is doing anything about it.

Walgreens in East Windsor still don’t know what they are doing.
It is the pharmacy department that called me and told me to pick up one medication that I newer have used.
When I asked the person on the phone if they had the right name, they said yes.
I said again, I have never used that drug, they hanged up on me.
To day the pharmacy Walgreens in east Windsor sends me by fedex something else I did not ask for and can not use.
This is the second time in 3 weeks they are messing up.
I do not recommend this pharmacy to anybody, and give them 0 stars out of 5.

The Walgreens pharmacy is the worst! No wonder so many people take their prescriptions elsewhere. Several months in a row I had to call to request that I can pick up my and my husband's refills be at the same time. We get the same Rx every month and they still can't get it right. I called 3 days ago to make sure they would be ready together for pickup today and they said, "Yes, yes, no problem." Then today I go there and only 2 were ready and they put back the 3rd, saying I didn't pick it up on time. And they couldn't fill it now while I was there, because the associate was going on a break in 15 minutes!! So I can pick it up later!! Unreal - we are changing pharmacies. They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!

The worst Walgreens to go to for Prescriptions. Overall the staff is nice, but once you reach the pharmacy via in person or on the phone, game over. I've been hung up on multiple times today, alone and other occasions it takes 12 minutes to speak to a pharmacy technician or it takes 12 minutes to only get hung up on. They don't take time to speak to their customers slowly and calmly. They rush just to get you off the phone. I'd be willing to travel 45 min to the other Walgreens than go to this one from now on.

I’m pretty upset with this pharmacy because they have angered one of my doctors to the point of him telling me to change pharmacies because he will not deal with them anymore. In spite of asking to take one script off auto-refill they continue to try and refill it after multiple conversations to not do so. Now they say it’s part of the “ save a trip” program. Even though there are refills made available 12/3 someone at the pharmacy lied to the doctors office and told him the patient was trying to refill and authorization was needed. Apparently they lost the previous authorization, and this is not th first time that has happened either. Of course they called me and no I did not ask for this to be refilled. I’m still trying to use the supply I have for when it was filled for 3x more than I normally take. Now in the middle of chemotherapy treatments for cancer I have to worry about changing pharmacies because of this. None of this ever happened before the Rite-Aid merger. Why would a pharmacy staff flat out lie to the Dr about who is trying to fill a script?

This is literally the worst Walgreens ever! I came to pickup a prescription recently and everyone seemed confused. I was told to come back. I come back and we're still confused. It took 25 minutes to pick up one prescription that was put in 3 days prior. Wait, my story continues... I order photo cards from them last Friday. I receive an email that says my "premium" holiday cards are ready around 2pm. I leave work around 5pm and go get them. I walk up to the photo counter and they have no idea what I am talking about BECAUSE THE PICTURES ARE STILL IN THE PRINTER. So the woman tries to give me the pictures as they are on a sheet and says "do you want to just rip them yourself?" ".....I have a printer at home, if I had the time do rip them myself I wouldn't have paid $22.00 for cards. I had to leave and come back for them. I reorder the same cards today 12/15/17, my email says they're ready so I am trying to call and make sure ...I have been on hold for 20 minutes. The phone has been transferred multiple times. This store really needs to put out a help wanted sign or something.
