I’ve been coming to Windsor Car Wash off and on for years now, hoping things might turn around — but honestly, it’s been going downhill faster than a soap-covered sedan on a steep hill. The workers hustle hard (credit where it’s due), but you’ll often find yourself pointing out the same missed spots or waiting for someone who actually knows how to use the vacuums — assuming they’re even working that day.
The place looks like it’s stuck in a time warp. Sun-bleached signs that are impossible to read, vending machines that haven’t worked since the Obama administration, and equipment lights that flicker like they’re auditioning for a horror movie. It’s not unsafe, just… neglected. Even the “extras” like trunk cleaning are hit-or-miss — you can pay the $10, but you might have better luck finding someone to do it on leap year.
What really sealed the deal for me was during the pandemic, when the owner actually questioned why I was wearing a mask — nothing says “customer service” like a side of public-health shaming. That awkward encounter alone made me think twice about coming back.
Bottom line: if you’re desperate for a rinse, sure, this place will get your car sort of clean. But if you care about quality, comfort, or the feeling that someone’s actually maintaining the place, there are plenty of other auto spas nearby that won’t leave you wondering if the sign out front should just say “Under New Management — Please.”

I paid $24.50 for a full car wash, but they didn’t clean the interior properly. They didn’t open the trunk, left the floor mats wet, and completely ignored the ones in the middle row. Very disappointing service — I feel like I wasted my money.”
