This pharmacy is horrible I’ve been going to cvs for 20 years I normally go to the cvs in Lumberton on rt 38 they didn’t have enough of the medication so I went to the easthampton cvs when I said I would wait due to work I watched the pharmacist roll her eyes and then she left me standing with no answer for 5 mins then told me she is checking to see if any other patients need the medication I’m standing there for am I not a a patient to? And just because I normally go to a different CVS I don’t matter now. She did fill after I spoke up for my self
She is rude no hello then the other staff member tells me they go to lunch at 1:30 it was 12:08 it takes 3-5 mins to put some tablets in a bottle they wouldn’t last a day at my job

Just walked out of the store without making a purchase. There was no one to unlock the locked case with the item I needed. If corporate wants to lock up items then they need to staff the stores.

I’ve been going to this cvs for 25 years, and the people who used to work here were kind and helpful. Every single time I’ve been here recently I’m met with pushback when there is a discrepancy in something priced wrong, not ringing up correctly, etc. Tonight when I went in there, I rang up a small bottle of tide that was almost 50% off. When it didn’t ring up that way, the girl I asked for help from told me I only get a sale price if I spend the money to get the extra bucks, a completely separate promotion. She then asked the manager and as I turned the corner, I saw her laughing as if me wanting the promoted sale price was ridiculous - even though she was completely wrong in not knowing what she was talking about. She then said she would give me the same price as if she was doing me a favor. After I rang up my things, I then checked the price on the cvs app and it came up as the sale price. I said to her it’s ringing up on sale on the app. She completely ignored me. So condescending and ignorant, and this goes for management here as well, any inquiries are met with annoyance. Save your time and shop at a different cvs

Now you can’t even get anyone on the phone to answer a question. You leave a message on the voicemail and don’t even get a call back. I have never been so frustrated in my life. DO BETTER!!!

Horrible pharmacy. Wants to do the least amount of work possible and will make you jump through hoops and do their jobs just to get your medicine

Pharmacist was so incredibly rude when I brought my two girls in for their flu vaccines. We had appointments and she basically refused to do them. Told me most people to to the pediatrician despite us going to CVS every year to have them done. She made such an issue of it and made us feel like such an inconvenience that I decided to go elsewhere because it was clear she was refusing the service.

Worst pharmacy ever. My doctor called in a prescription at 2:00 on Friday. I called at 4:45 and was told the pharmacist was busy giving injections and would not be able to fill it before closing at7:00. If they would rather be a clinic instead of a pharmacy then they should just close the pharmacy

The pharmacy never answers the phone. You have to wait a week for time sensitive medication and if it comes in on Friday, don’t expect it until Monday because it will “process” all weekend.
