I’ve been coming to this salon since I was 14, and I’m turning 18 this Sunday — but after today, I’m never coming back. Andy who did my nails had a disgusting attitude, did the wrong shape, left spots with no polish, and filed so roughly it hurt. My graduation is tomorrow and my nails look horrible. If he didn’t want to do my nails, he should’ve just said so. I paid $70 for a sloppy job and rude service. I asked for an almond shape, how do you go from almond to square. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place is filthy ! They did a sloppy job with my gel fill and gel pedicure . The woman doing my pedicure basically cut off the entire nail of my pinky toe and she didn’t even understand English. The guy who did my nails made me bleed and gave me bubble nails followed by a sloppy paint job !

I absolutely love Sarah she is amazing at her craft .....she really cares not because she has to because it's who she is
I love all our conversations about life
She is a real person nothing fake about her
But , your lucky to have her I would follow her any where.
On another note ,
You really need to update this salon , the mismosh chairs & stuff does not look aesthetically correct?
Just my opinion it's been a while . It's very clean but you need to update
Furniture .
Thank you so much
Sarah

I walked in for a gel fill at 4:15 PM on a Thursday not one single person was available for the rest of the day. Absolutely insane. That salon does take walk-ins which is stated on their door. There was nobody in the salon but nobody was available to do a gel fill. I would absolutely never recommend horrible business.

Place is ok but Diana is a talented tech and I enjoy her craftsmanship and kindness. Amazing shaping and care of nails underneath.

Looking for a new nail salon?…DON’T CHOOSE THIS ONE!!!!
I had been going to this salon for almost 4 years. Last week I did not feel well and called to reschedule my appointment with Ben. Someone texted to tell me the next time I came in, I would be charged a cancellation fee. I explained I did not feel well and went to Urgent Care (and even texted over a photo of my 3 prescriptions as proof). Their response was “this is the company policy. No exception”. I asked if they wanted me to come in sick and contaminate Ben and his nail station…they still did not care. I also asked if I get compensated for the 6 times Ben cancelled on me or left me sitting and waiting for him…was that fair? They said “Ben is very strict on his book”. So in other words…They don’t care…4 years or not!
My advice would be to find another salon. They are not cheap…So why pay their high prices when you don’t even get: a hot towel, hand message, no cuticles cut, applies no cuticle oil, no primer, only one coat of polish and rushes you through your appointment. If clients go there when they are sick, in order to avoid the cancellation charge, you may get sick from that!! They also charge a 3% credit card fee. There are wayyyyyy to many local salons that will appreciate your business…THIS IS NOT THE ONE! Bye Ben!

The person who did my nails was rushing and very pushy and bossy. Did not seem like he wanted to be there. Wouldn’t recommend coming here, plenty of other good nail salons around that are friendlier and do a better job.

Good. My toddler likes it. She even told me, after an appointment, “Thank you so much for booking me an appointment at Affinity Nails mommy, the staff is always so welcoming and kind, it is always squeaky clean inside, and my nails are always looking their best because if my nail guy!” And if little Suzy is happy then I am! If you aren’t getting your nails done at Affinity Nails, they aren’t done. Services: Nail art
