Awful customer service. Even tho that I reserved ahead of time the lady was rude and I walked out without renting due that they didn’t had the type of car I rented. Will keep using Enterprise as they are professionals.

I’ve rented from this place several times and they have overcharged me multiple times. I returned it was a full tank of gas; they charged me to fill it. I returned it 15 minutes early; they “checked it in” in their system the next day and charged me for another full day when they had the car. And every time I have to spend time on the phone with the main Avis phone line to get reimbursed. Side note, the cars are never really clean. I also left a plant in the trunk accidentally (didn’t care about that so much) and they didn’t call or notify me that it was left behind. So you might not getting back items accidentally left behind. Obviously, this is my last time renting from them. Finally learned my lesson

Rude and unprofessional employees at this location. Unwilling to help resolve an issue or provide any customer service. I reserved a vehicle weeks in advance only to find out they didn’t have the vehicle type after I was dropped off. Couldn’t be bothered to find something similar. Representative just shrugged her shoulders. Don’t waste your time with this place. Wouldn’t even offer me a ride home. Go to Enterprise down the road.

Picked up a rental and although the lady at the front desk was friendly, the car itself is another story. First the odometer that we were told the car had vs. what it actually had was off by 3k miles which makes me believe we were given the wrong car? Also the back windows were left open and it rained so the back was completely wet. However we realized as we drove it back that the front windows must’ve been left open as well overnight bc there was a rainstorm and the seats were damp up front, cup holders filled with water, etc.
What really set me off was when I went to open up the glove compartment to put the Avis paperwork I found boxers. We were already getting ready to leave for our destination but I tried calling Avis multiple times to see if we could swap the car. Unfortunately nobody answers the phone
avoid this Avis if you could.

The car was nasty inside & out (they will be getting it back like that today) and when I say nasty,there was dog hair on the inside,what looks like spilled milk on back door and seat,floor was never cleaned and chocolate on driver door. There was also no washing fluid for windows. And the out looks like someone went to a mud track with it.

Terrible experience pre paid for a car only to get there and they tell me they don’t accept chime for authorization but can take the money out my card after that I called to get a refund for the full amount took they only issued me half of the amount I paid after I called them again to get the rest they said it would take another week waited another week still haven’t gotten my refund called again they said it’s gonna take another week that’s 3 weeks with no refund that’s theft! Going to the better business bureau this is insane! Don’t ever book with them unless you want your money stolen!

The staff and management there are such a pleasure. All revived with kindness and a smile. Very beautiful people and helpful. There are simple amazing. Love this rental place so much I keep going back every time I need to rent a car. The staff are beyond professional and kind! Lovely people! I can’t emphasize that enough!
