Great support and customer treatment. I was treated by a kind guy called Brian at AW Italian Auto Parts unbelievably from start to finish. Brian helped me to find the right parts needed for for my pristine 2007 Maserati Quattroporte Sport GT. He assured me that the parts would fit my vehicle and also assured me that if they didn’t, he would be happy to return them. He wanted to hear the outcome when the parts were installed. What a great, knowledgeable and professional guy. Brian and team are great to work with. My first order was a late afternoon web order for obscure Ferrari oil filters. They shipped same day! When I had a question Brian replied very quickly; parts arrived with a problem and they've expedited replacements from Italy and are communicating directly with the shop doing the work to keep them updated proactively. Very pleased with these guys, more orders to come for sure.
