After paying for measurement and installation, naturally the wrong items were delivered.. And after waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the first installation, now I have to wait again.

Very easy to deal with. Replaced 3 shades that we had for 6 years. The new shades are much lighter in weight. Not as substantial.

I have always had a good experience with Blinds To Go in Eatontown NJ.The first time that I used them was 21 years ago when we first moved into our home and Blinds To Go did all of our window treatments.It was now time to replace our window treatments in our living room and dining room, so off to Blinds To Go I went!Claudia was very helpful in picking out the the new treatments and I decided to go with Plantation shutters.Everyone from the gentleman that came to measure and then to install to Robert who helped go over my order to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction were friendly and professional!I love the Plantation shutters so much, just what I had wanted!I have also ordered a new treatment for my kitchen and can't wait to have it installed!Thank you to everyone at Blinds To Go!

Claudia was excellent. Gave great advice on what would work for our windows. Actually the entire crew at Blinds to Go is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Highly recommend.

I usually go to one of the large home stores for a purchase like shades, but I didn’t have time or the true ability to measure and install. I probably wouldn’t have shades if I put that on my list of things to do. Blinds to go was an amazing experience. Everything looks beautiful!

TERRIBLE experience with Blinds to Go. I was scammed by our sales consultant, Scott Lambertson, who lied to us and ordered completely different drapes than what we had discussed. I asked for pinch pleat and received tailored fit drapes that look absolutely horrific, even if it was what I ordered! Scott told me I needed four panels on my window instead of two, which I was hesitant about, but Scott assured me you would never notice they were not one piece. Sure enough, the light shines through and it is blatantly obvious there are four separate panels. How is this man a design consultant?! He ruined my master bedroom. I'm appalled that the installer left with them looking like this. They are wrinkled on both sides beyond repair. In addition, Scott quoted us the wrong price by $2,000 with no explanation and dropped the metal rod samples on our brand new hardwood floors, leaving them dented. $5,000 later I'm left with what looks like a car wash on my walls. I've made several attempts to rectify this with Scott and the customer service team at Blinds to Go and have gotten no where. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Do not use this scam of a company! My order number is 742864.

I am extremely disappointed. Two of the shutters do not close properly because they stick or the magnet does not make proper contact. Four of the wiindows have huge gaps that can’t be caulked because of 1 inch gaps between the frame and window. I spent thousands of dollars and I am angry and disappointed!!
