I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience with Capitol Lighting Eatontown NJ. I placed an order for lights in late December 2023/early January 2024, and it has been a frustrating process. Firstly, the pricing took an excessive amount of time, and the turnaround time was far from satisfactory. To make matters worse, when the light fixture finally arrived, it came with the incorrect cage guard. Additionally, I was initially given the wrong price for the light, and then they contacted me to request more money after I had already made the purchase. This has been a highly disappointing experience, particularly considering my previous trouble-free encounters with their other locations.

After looking at several different picture lights online I reached out to Capitol Lighting for personal assistance.I was so happy to find Charmaine Hornak - what a wonderful job she did in helping me narrow my search. Showcasing a picture, as in my case, required personal and professional help - something websites cannot offer. Charmaine answered my questions while helping me find the perfect light to showcase our family portrait. I so appreciate her continued follow-up as well.

We purchased several fixtures for our new home in NC from Capitol Lighting in Eatontown. Unfortunately, one chandelier was defective ( through no fault of Capitol) and all I received was a run around from 800lighting as well as the manufacturer. Luis came to my rescue and not only paid to have it shipped back to his store, he replaced it with a new fixture at no extra cost. Five star service!
