Friendly people great place to go with FedEx needs to open more drop off places like UPS has I live in Middletown New Jersey and I have to drive all the way to Eatontown New Jersey just to drop a package off other than that great staff friendly faces

Why was this location suggested to me. This fed ex is horrible . Customer service sucks . I’ve been to a lot of fed ex locations this by far is the rudest.

I have had two issues in the last three
Months. I was delivered an empty package on Oct 3 and today they left a package that was so badly tampered with. Burnt witb black marks all over and on the content. This is so unacceptable!!

Lady at the front counter with the short hair and glasses is SUPER RUDE. i’ve never had to deal with such rudeness at this location ever!!!!!!! how is she in customer service with that attitude!!!!

I don’t get the bad reviews about this FedEx center.
Phyllis is great!! She was very patient and graceful helping me send an envelope to Italy as I had concerns with Italian VAT rules on merch. She took her time to reprocess the shipment and I was able to make a few changes. I highly recommend this FedEx Center.

Drivers do NOT follow directions
Even when you electronically sign for a package, they will claim to have no notice of a signature and refuse to deliver….
So annoying

O customer service. Workers are very rude and unhelpful. I try to ask some questions about my package or account and worker kept saying she was not going to answer me and to call customer service
