they treat staff not well, very rude and are never flexible with you. bedsides the fact that they don’t put their costumers and workers first.

We just attended the Halloween Open Play and Swim. It was fantastic! Great swim play and lovely Halloween themed activities, crafts and indoor play afterwards. We will be coming every week for the open swim! What a treat!!! Would highly recommend.

My 2 kids are enjoying their lessons at Five Star Swim School. Their first class it was only the 2 of them with 2 instructors and other times it was 4 kids with 2 instructors so the ratio is good. They have a lot fun! The air and water are very warm so there is no shock of getting into the pool. The kids love it. By the 2nd lesson my 4 y/o daughter was already floating on her back. It was exciting to see!

I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up. All these reviews are true. Instructors are young and make no effort to encourage children at all. In the “mommy and me classes” for babies, they only sing about 3 songs throughout the entire class. One to say hello, one in the middle and one at the end to say good bye. And none of these songs are sung by the instructors with enthusiasm or even a happy face. It’s more like they can’t wait for this class to be over. They barely even approach the children and teach them to do what they are asking. The parents basically play with their child alone the entire time. For the price we are paying, the duration of the classes are too short and I feel the instructors should be able to give a more interactive and educational class and AT LEAST sing with a happy face! The only good thing is they have a nicely decorated pool.

I went there on the night shift. I didn't saw in any member of the team any trace of prepare to work with kids and no interest or effort to stimulate and encourage the children. The instructors are young and don't even seem to like children! There is no encouragement for them to feel safe in the water or trust the instructor. My son is passionate about water and asked to get out of the pool several times.

My son loves this places and the teachers...some of the teachers are more serious about teaching, some more focused on the fun, a good mix of teachers personalities...place seems clean and well organized...price seems high but our experience with a 6/7 year old boy learning to swim has been great...cameras outside the pool area are a life saver if you overheat, all around good experience...

My son almost drowned with 2 instructors to 6 small kids on Thursday September 8th at 6:30ish! Praise God I walked in when I did or else God only knows! They didn’t even notice until I drew their attention toward him! I didn’t get an apology! Shame on whoever runs this place!

Big waste of money not worth the time. I was excited to have my daughter start swim school here. They get you in with the free trial . She enjoyed it so I signed up at the front desk. Then all these fees come in. $70 registration then I was told I need to book for two months which I did. Then come the next month I’m charged again. I was told that the one additional payment was the ‘hold fee’. What!? I pre-paid. Then I was rudely told to go look at my contract and my money can’t be refunded. Also apparently they can sign you up and take your money but they can’t cancel you over the phone. That has to be written. As far as the instruction what can you really accomplish in 30 mins. You spend more time getting them changed. There is only one teacher there that knows what she’s doing. Just be warned. Better off saving the money and trying a different place

I was very excited to take my son to this school. I give this place two starts because I liked the school's atmosphere but that is about it. The pool area was great and the locker room was nice. However, I did not like that the instructors were YOUNG! They hardly said anything to me and my son. We just got in the pool and they gawked over how cute he was and told us what to do. They looked like they were 17 years old or even younger. The lessons were not even lessons. They also have false advertising. They tell you one price over the phone then when you come in they sell you a membership that is double the amount. The only thing that I liked was that my son got a nice 30minutes of swimming with mommy in the pool and he was having fun. I would not recommend this place

Staff is friendly and informative. Place is clean and seemingly well run and take all the protocols and precautions for COVID seriously. They are a tad pricey and classes are very short. 1/2 hour so you have to pay more to go more often.Friendly for little swimmers.

The swim instructors are professional and also take the time to get to know your child personally. They are patient and caring and I would recommend this swim school to any parent interested in teaching their child how to swim and also advancing their child in swimming
