Horrible. Deceptive billing, late billing trying to saddle me with a $1500 bill after a denied Medicare claim. Doesn’t return phone calls, doesn’t answer questions.

Takes weeks to get CPAP supplies. Fortunately, more often than not I can get away with current supplies but on one occasion I had a broken mask with no backup. Pleaded my case to somebody who really didn’t seem to care & had to go 4 days without my machine. Unacceptable!

Masks sent were to small. Had to discuss this matter until they finally understood and stopped insisting. “By George, think they got it”.
