“I love Michaels. This location is always well-stocked and they have lots of sales. One thing they could definitely improve on is the friendliness of the employees. I hate it when people follow me around and ask if I need help (I prefer to seek it out myself or just search for hours until I find it on my own ), but I have witnessed other people receiving help and it often looks as though they're being burdened. Same with the cashiers. They're not rude, but they're not very engaging either. Michaels is great for crafts and diy projects, plus they have some home decorating aisles as well!”

If you want to see cool trains, go here!Great guys running this place, my husband had an antique train he needed repaired & found this wonderful place at a train show....so glad he did. Repaired the train quickly & at a fair price. Not many places like this around anymore, we're grateful that they are in business!!!”

“Since it's the holiday season, the store was a bit upside down. But otherwise great as usual. they had 1 person working the cash register with a very long line of people who did not want to use self check out. I used the self check out, but when had a problem, nobody was there to help because the gentleman was too busy helping other customers who didn't use self serve and even though je called for help, no one came.”

“So I went to GameStop to get an Xbox but it didn't end up turning on so l came back and I saw a guy name Brandon and he explained to me everything about the policy's really well to ensure the customer will get a full refund, and every other GameStop I called said there are no other Xbox series S or X in stock in New Jersey not my man's Brandon though he told us every other was lying to but his store he told us he got it ready for us and we walked in expecting only to spend 500 we ending spending 700 he is that much of good sales men.
Moral of the story Brandon is the best employee and you should only go when Brandon is there, call in advance to see if he is there find his work schedule cause ain't no one works as hard as my man's Brandon.

In addition to providing recommendations on frames selection whether I buy them from Michael's or not Geoffrey has been very accommodating by providing me, whenever he can with foam cushions that I've using for packing household goods in support of elderly people transitioning to nursing homes.”
