My son (4yo) had to have lab work completed for genetic testing. Unfortunately our first visit did not have the insurance auth approved yet as the issuing office did not complete one. Advising the staff of the issue , they were very helpful and understanding, Melissa went out of her way to hold onto sending the sample out until i was able to confirm approval. My son ended up having to have blood drawn a few days later for the same test due to the insurance issue, Melissa was very warm and was so good with him. She even gave him a gift for being so brave. I really appreciated their patience and help. Ive seen other reviews that people posted, I can only speak to my experience, and thought the staff did very well, remained professional, and were skilled at performing their jobs.

Had blood work that needed to be done, before I left the house I seen they close for lunch 12:00- 12:30. I arrived at 12:25 thinking it’s a few minutes before they open the door. It is now 12:52 and I’m still waiting for lunch to be over. Super rude staff if they took a late lunch let people know instead of having us stand around an extra half hour. Doors just open at 12:55 and your staff were not even nice not an apology given just sign in on the portal. I will not recommend this labcorp to any friends or family.

We’ve had to bring my 3 year old for extensive bloodwork the last few months and this place is the best! He always FREAKS out, but the staff here is excellent and efficient. We’ve never waited longer than a few minutes. By far the best lab around for pediatric!

computers were down and they don’t have any sort of IT near so they said it would take at least an hour. giant line of people with 0 urgency to make a situation right. 1 star is generous.

The rudest front desk staff ever. Don't bring your children here. I wish I would have listen to the bad reviews. I just came here because it is close to my home, never again! I will file a formal complaint.

Walked in around 10:10am for simple blood test (just to draw blood , less than 5 minutes) walked out at 11:35am. 1 hour 25 minute wait!!!!!!! Clearly not enough staff at this location. Nice place if you don’t mind waiting forever.

I just cannot understand how this place have good reviews still. Rude and nasty treatment from the front desk. I wish she could understand the impact of her work on someone else’s life… terrible place.

worst worst worst. avoid this awful place and go anywhere else. if i could give negative stars it would be too kind. i was denied patient care after being mocked by receptionist. the people that work here are despicable.

I am a 75 year old cancer patient. I have been coming to lab Corp for 1 1/2 yrs for follow up blood work for RWJ cancer institute of NJ. They always draw 3 vials of blood for 5 standard tests. I arrived at 9am on Monday 6/17/24 the individual at the desk was nasty with a very bad attitude. When asked for a referral I said it was in the computer. She started with faces and noises. I asked if there was a problem and she stated that I have five tests and I tried to explain that it was usually printed on one sheet and they draw three vials. She started with a bad attitude and nasty and told me she was doing what she was supposed to. I tried to explain that perhaps she was wrong. We went round and round my wife tried to explain and she got nasty with her. After 15 minutes she pushed the papers through the window and told us to go to any chair open. We went in extremely upset. The tech then started getting her things together. We saw nine vials and tried to explain to her it should only be three for the standing order. She told us this was no standard order and if our doctor was not lazy it would have been written properly and that they would not change it. I told her there was a mistake but she would not listen. I am anemic and really sick by now. Today I get the tests and they appear to have been done four times over. I am so sick right now. I need someone to call immediately before I have to go to hospital please. I

The best experience I’ve had at a LabCorp facility. Everyone was very efficient and nice!
All the areas were spotless and it was quick and easy.

I was there today. The woman at the front desk was very nice but the person who took my blood was nasty and impatient. I will never go there again
