Bought a couch on Monday for Presidents’ Day sale. Had great help from Peter who really made the process simple and knowledgeable. Couch was delivered today and the delivery/set up helpers were exceptional. If this couch holds up as well as I am told it does, this was hands down the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had.

Do not use Irene. Very nice but quite forgetful. Extremely poor customer service, ask repeatedly for info they should have, fail to meet deadlines, push deliveries. I would never do business with them again.

Awesome staff, clean location and way better deals than other furniture stores in the area.I want to give a shout out to Lori at this location, she was very nice and uber knowledgable. I originally wanted a full size since it's a guest bedroom but after she explained the size difference I felt comfortable moving up a size. and I love their diagram on mattress sizing, its great for visual people. The store is very clean and kept as well. Thank you again Lori.

I bought a custom velvet couch which took about 12 weeks to arrive. Two pieces are defective. Countless phone calls later service people were sent and informed me that they would order the parts to correct the issue. Weeks later, the parts arrived for one of the pieces. I was told the ottoman's part was not available and another would have to be ordered but. The part that arrived was not the correct part and tech said he ordered the correct part. Macy's called and said that part was also not available and they would have to replace the entire left piece of the couch. Another 12 weeks since it is a special order.The salesperson was great but knowing the type of service and the incompetent people that you deal with I would never recommend Macy's for furniture. Beyond frustrated .

While the furniture itself is ok the customer service from Macy's was horrible. Our saleswomen wrote the sofa numbers incorrectly and it cost me money to make it right. Than the wrong furniture was delivered and it took months to correct. Paid for white glove delivery and had to repair and paint walls when delivery was complete. Specifically went to Macy's for customer service after failures from other furniture companies and it was a bust- would not recommend Macy's furniture.

ORDERED furniture dec 2021. Was suppose to be here June. Came July and was ordered incorrectly by sales person. Was redone July 6 2022 to be delivered July 18th. They screwed up sent it to another customer. Now the alleged date is in September. Only thing I get is…I am sorry. iT Doesn’t put furniture in my home. TODAY UPDATE. 8/25/22 Received an email. Now tells me hopefully by xmas. Would be a whole year later. Cancelled order requested my deposit back. I doubt i will ever go there again. We need negative stars

My husband and I just found out that after placing an order for bookcases back in Spring of 2021 and waiting for over 16 months they will not be delivered tomorrow and our order has been cancelled!!! How did we find out? I called to confirm they the delivery window. We received NO NOTICE!! No apology was offered! I have never encountered such abysmal customer service in my life!We understand that there are supply chain issues! We waited patiently! And then you had the guts to just cancel our order without telling us? We could have found alternatives, searched your inventory for something different, or changed our storage plans. But instead we were left waiting with zero communication. We had to follow up and the response we received was so nonchalant, as if our time and business are so insignificant it does not even require an apology. This is unacceptable and as a reputable company you should be ashamed.

Today, my husband and I were searching for the perfect power reclining sofa. After a terrible experience with an uninterested sales person at another nearby store, we were almost ready to give up and head home for the day. We decided to make one last stop in to the Macy’s furniture gallery and we were promptly greeted by Brian B. Not only did he find us exactly what we wanted within minutes, but he did it with such enthusiasm and humor that it completely made our day! We smiled, we laughed, and our optimism was restored by this wonderful man. What an asset he is to this store and to anyone looking for just the right piece of furniture. Thank you, Brian!!!! We cannot wait to get our sofa. Thank you for making us smile today!
