This was my first time experiencing Midas of Eatontown, and it will not be my last. I believe I found new mechanics! ?? ??. I never felt more welcomed. The honesty and knowledge they showed was amazing!?? ?? If you have issues with your automobile, go and get the Midas touch! ?? ??

The worker at the desk was very kind
But I had scheduled an oil change a week ahead of time for 11:30 a couple weeks ago and was told it would take an hour and a half
I showed up even earlier than 11:30, and handed them my keys, they said they would bring it in shortly, I come back over an hour and a half later at 1 and they didn’t even start, it took 30 more minutes for them to even bring it in.
I missed a dr appointment due to them finishing over 2 hours later than quoted, so am out of a couple hundred dollars because they told me I’d be done by 1, but didn’t get out til close to 3, missing my dr appointment and cancellation period

Staff was friendly and helpful. They took my without an appointment for an oil change. I waited for my car. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!!!

Saved me a bunch of money over dealership service, dealerships only option was to replace exhaust pipe and catalytic converter, but, I went for a 2nd opinion and thankfully, Midas managed to weld the catalytic and fabricated a new pipe, had me back on the road in just a few hours, the manager and service advisor were honest and straight forward, I didn't feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me and they didn't try up selling me on anything other than my requested service. I would recommend them and use them for service again. Thanks Midas of eatontown

I went to Midas with a Groupon for a synthetic oil change. They were very accommodating and professional they inspected my car thoroughly even sent me pictures of everything via text message. It was very professional. I also got everything I needed at a very reasonable price.
