I came to the Monmouth mall location and was assisted by Brianna. She was very helpful, patient, informative letting me know about all the specials that was going on and what jewelry would look best. I am so happy and walked away with a necklace and a pair of earrings to match. Thanks again!

I've been here a few times. I've gotten jewlery for my daughter and for myself. Even got a piercing. With my piercing the jewelry I was sold irritated my piercing. I've gotten piercings from professionals, icing, and claires. This was the worst experience. Fast forward I decided to buy some gold jewelry and the associate added the insurance without first confirming with me. Insurance for each item. And she tells me they'll replace for loss or damage. A few weeks later I look at my ear and the cartilage earring is gone. I understand it's their policy that you need to bring in a piece of the jewlery but how is it the customers fault if they are misinformed? I reach out and I'm told the insurance doesn't cover acts of God. Well my act is that this place and go to hell.

I just got my 13 year old twins ears pierced. I called ahead to make sure there would be 2 people so they could each have their ears done at the same time. The women were wonderful! They sanitized their hands and wore gloves. When the marker points were made, the women checked with each other, me, and my daughter. They made my daughters feel relaxed and they were so excited for them. The best part was-it didn't hurt!

Wow! You guys did a great job with my ears as well as my two daughters ears! My oldest daughter and I got the upper part of our ears pierced and we are already healed! My youngest daughter is already healed from getting her ears pierced for the first time. You guys obviously use very clean equipment and are very skilled! I would definitely recommend you!
