Kara, who initially took my call, made me laugh (and thought I was funny which is the most important!) and Pete really helped make this a simple process. When I picked up my girl yesterday, they had not only made her look brand new, but they also gave her a delightful spa treatment. I couldn't be more impressed. “So there I was, three Venti Pumpkin Spice Lattes in the passenger seat when a literal deer jumped out in front of me on academy sending 72 ounces of liquid onto the floor as well as all over the passenger side of Toyota Tundra. Called on Friday and Jesses was able to get me in the following Tuesday. I dropped my truck off at 8 AM and he had it done by about 2:30 PM. Interior and exterior. He did an absolutely phenomenal job. A unbelievable job and I cannot recommend him and this business enough. The wash/clay bar/ wax on the outside was beautiful as well but I forgot to take a picture. But you can see he worked wonders on the inside. Again, I cannot recommend his service enough.”
“I unfortunately, have had to use them twice in the past six months both times I have been completely satisfied. They are very professional both times the car was done When they said it would be. Car was returned, washed and cleaned. They handled the return of the rental car. And deal with the insurance company making it a very effortless process for the car owner. Jenn had me drop my car off in the morning and it was done 1 1/2 hours before promised. The service was excellent and employees were very friendly. Doing business with a small business really makes a difference. Thank you Jenn.”
“I've been to other shops,I have been treated fairly well but had to wait 2 days while my vehicle was being serviced. Here it's been a better experience the top mechanic is great, the owner although looks tough has a good way of talking to you and listening to your issues. If you're going for an oil change make the appointment first. They seem to be busy. If they can't work on your vehicle you'll be told. So far I only had good experience with them. Don't hesitate and visit them. I gave a 4 star because I believe the best is still yet to come.”

“I was very pleased and satisfied with the work done on my car. Thompson auto repair took the time out to address any issues that I was unaware of including some work that I previously had done at another shop in which they didn’t properly fix my vehicle correctly. Supposedly the shop replaced my spark plugs but never did. The owner/workers were very honest and helpful with me and showed me that my spark plugs was actually never changed. My car is running way better than before, thanks again. I recommend if you have any questions or concerns about your vehicle be sure to bring it to Thompson auto repair, they will take good care of your vehicle.”

I was referred to them for body work on my car following an accident. Not only did they do the job well but they washed my car and had it ready for me hours before they promised it to me. None of the stereotypical issues associated with businesses in the industry were even remotely present. What a relief from what I’ve experienced in the past! I was treated like family. They took all of the headache and aggravation out of a normally grueling process and made it seamless. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them!
